Why they chose this property

I choose this area because of proximity, security, and the pool/garden area. I love that I can jump on the highway to go to a far away surf break, come back the unit, and then have all that ixtapa has to offer quite close. I love the marina area of Ixtapa and the selection of restaurants of shops.

What makes this property unique

I love the pool and garden at this property. Well maintained and both the garden and pool are quite large. There is a nice sitting area outside by the pool and the pool is usually empty. Great for laps or lounging. The price of this unit is great and location is convenient.
