Located in the Dunes Estate, the home has views out to the gulf waters from the second storey rear balcony.

BYO Linen or 5 Star, Hotel Quality Linen Hire Available and the beds will be made. Enquire for linen pricing.

This floor comprises of a spacious open plan kitchen, meals and family, front balcony, guest toilet, master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in robe.
Downstairs is a living room, three good size bedrooms and main bathroom.
Maximum occupancy
The maximum number of guests shown on your reservation must not be exceeded. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight at the property.

No parties or events
Parties, events, functions and disruptive gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Great central location, just a short stroll to the jetty and playground. The house was clean and had plenty of cooking utilities. However, the dining area lighting was not very good due to a broken bulb, and we couldn’t turn on the ceiling fans because the remote batteries were flat.
