- Bedroom 2 (upstairs): 1 queen bed, A/C

- Bedroom 3 (upstairs): 1 queen bed, A/C

- Bedroom 4 / Children's Room (upstairs): 1 bunk bed (double + single), A/C

- Bedroom 5 (master, upstairs): 1 king bed, A/C, ensuite



Comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Up to 12 can be accommodated using the living room sofa bed, available for an additional $50 AUD per person, per night.



Three bathrooms: one downstairs (shower + toilet), one upstairs with bathtub (shower, bath, toilet), and one ensuite in the master bedroom.



Spacious living room with a smart TV. Kitchen fully equipped with utensils, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and fridge. Iron, hairdryer and washing machine provided. Free WiFi throughout.



**Please note before booking**

- Street parking only — please don't park in the driveway.

- The property sits on a slope with stairs, so it's not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with mobility needs.

- There's active construction on the neighbouring property, permitted 7am–6pm weekdays and 8am–1pm Saturdays (no work Sundays/public holidays). Noise may be audible in most rooms except the master bedroom during these hours — please factor this in if you're noise-sensitive.



Guest Access:

Treat the place as your home — cook in the kitchen, use the fridge and washing machine freely. We just ask that you clean the oven after use (a $50 fee applies if it's left dirty) and switch off lights and heating/AC when you go out or check out.



This is a self check-in property with a smart lock; detailed instructions are sent the day before arrival. We're reachable 9am–5pm daily, and 24/7 for emergencies.
