The Space:

GATHER HOUSE lives up to its name: three floors built to pull a family or friend group together, then let everyone peel off when they need quiet. The first floor holds a king bedroom with its own ensuite bath, ideal for grandparents or the first arrivals who want privacy.



The second floor opens into the shared heart of the house, living room, dining table, kitchen, laundry, and a half bath, all under a Sputnik chandelier with a neon Nashville sign glowing on the wall. This is where the whole crew gathers for breakfast before a day exploring the city.



Up top, the third floor splits into a bunk room with 2 twin over twin bunk beds and a room with 2 queen beds, each with its own ensuite bath, while a private rooftop deck and a spiral staircase down to the balcony give everyone somewhere to spread out.
