As this is a family friendly property, parties are strictly prohibited. We kindly ask that you respect quiet hours from 10PM to 7AM.

The suite is soundproofed however, there might be light noise from the main house during daytime hours.

Leave the keys on the kitchen counter and press the Teeho (top) button on the keypad to lock the door. Please put all dishes in the dishwasher and run the load.
Gather used towels and put them in the washer. Do NOT run the load. Leave unused towels on the shelves.
Place all trash in the trash/ trash area and take all your belongings.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only registered guests allowed in the suite (Max 2 adults and 1 child). All visitors must be approved by hosts.
No cannabis, drugs and parties allowed on the property.
Please observe quiet time from 10pm to 7am.

This lower level space was clean and comfortable. It was modern and inviting. While relaxing a little in the evenings, it felt like a home away from home.Parking was great being right at the front sidewalk. The location is in an area of new development. Amenities are close. It only took us 15 minutes to Chinook Centre. Very convenient to the highway that takes you to Okotoks and beyond.A breaker blew while we were there. The security keypad didn't accept the code to lock the main door upon exit and the door knob key didn't fit the main entrance to lock the door behind us either. There was construction/renovating happening in the adjoining suite (duplex) that shares the main wall in the living area. I would confirm with the host that that isn't occurring if you are thinking of staying there and noises like that tend to bother you. There was nobody in the top suite above us so I can't comment on noise from there.

Hi Tina, Thanks for booking with us, it was great having you as our first VRBO guest. We are working with an electrican to ensure the breaker will not trip on future visits. Construction done by our neighbour is out of our control but we’ve confirmed that it’s only for a short period of time. They follow city regulations so all noise ends before 10pm. We understand it can be a bother so we will be offering discounted stays for future guests that experience this. We’ve clarified our checkout instructions, we had assumed instructions will be automatically sent by the VRBO platform but we‘ll be sending it out personally moving forward. When checking out, the keys should be placed on the kitchen counter and the top button on Keypad needs to be pressed to lock the door behind you. There is no need to lock the door or enter the keypad code to check out.
