This fully upgraded space is the ideal location to stay for a quiet weekend away or to celebrate get togethers with Family/Friends! 2 Acres of large mature trees line this gorgeous back yard adjacent to the River. Dock your small boat/jet skis (Boat Ramp just 1/2 mile down the river) or enjoy your kayak/paddle board (rentals close by) from the fishing pier directly from the back yard. After a memorable day of fun and sun, relax on the over-sized covered patio. Take in the silence (You can even hear the church bells ring on the hour!) or retire to the fire-pit and enjoy the show as Lightening Bugs dance all around you! Downtown is within walking/Biking Distance and there are miles of trails to enjoy. Cumberland Caverns, Rock Island/State Park Waterfalls and a multitude of Events to round out the ideal vacation!!! There truly is no place like this one and I assure you that you'll want to add this to your yearly get-away!!! Please keep in mind that on occasion the basement is also rented out. The entrance is fully separate from the main house and Basement guests are instructed that the Porch is not a shared space (yours exclusively).

My husband and I came up with our two year old for a wedding weekend. The property was perfect - close to downtown, quiet neighborhood, and a well kept home. We had everything we needed and then some, the hosts were quick to respond to questions and were flexible with our schedule. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!
Located in a convenient and quiet neighborhood. Fantastic backyard. Super clean and cute house. We lived at the upper level only. The space is bigger than we expected from photos. The host is responsive and accommodating. Will stay again!
It was a great location for hiking the many gorgeous falls, parks and waterfalls in the area. The house was clean and comfortable, and it felt like a very safe area. The town was charming with great restaurants and shops. We loved our stay!
Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood, well-stocked, and comfortably furnished. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was easy to prepare Thanksgiving dinner in! Convenient to downtown, and a beautiful setting on the river. Trace and Jenny are great hosts, easy to communicate with and made certain everything was in order. Would gladly stay again.
We had a fantastic time. We always enjoyed the town . Where we stayed Made it extra special. We did a lot of our own cooking and love the kitchen . The beds are extra nice had no problems sleeping.
Beautiful land and well kept lawn. Home is fully furnished and easy to find. We enjoyed our stay and will keep in mind for next time. Newly remodeled and very cute and comfortable!

It worked for our group, for what we needed for the weekend.
We stayed for our honeymoon and everything was amazing! We loved the little town and all it had to offer. We also love that it’s far enough out of town to relax! We visited Nashville one day, Chattanooga the next and visited all of the waterfalls at Rock Island and Falls Great Falls! We had lots of relaxing time and also a lot of shopping.
I fell in love with McMinnville! This home is well cared for, and in a perfect location. We had everything we needed!
My 7 year old enjoyed all the games in this home. Easy access to downtown and got to see/explore the amazing Cumberland Caverns!
The hosts communication was top notch! Enjoyed our stay immensely. Very relaxing. We caught fish out of the Baron Forks River (my husband caught one of the biggest large mouth bass he has ever caught), and enjoyed many laughs and good conversation. There is a sign on the property that says “Our Happy Place”, and it truly is a happy place.
We came to visit my brother and sister-in-law, who live about 10 minutes away. Have a very big family on one day they all came visit us and it was perfect. Between the board game and the drawing pads under the coffee table there was plenty for us to do. The grounds are beautiful with plenty of space to relax and enjoy your company.
We had a wonderful time! The property was well kept inside and out. I didnt mind the walk down and up the backyard to the dock but the roped off access that didnt allow for us to put-in our Yaks at, like we thought, was a disappointment. We did however sit on the well maintained dock and got the bluegill/ bream that was available from the location. Collins River was our actual ctual target drop-in site for the Musky though. As I said it was an all around great stay at a good price. The host was very accommodating and excellent with any questions we had. She was very quick with her replies. You wont be disappointed if you choose this b&b.
Tracy did a fantastic job on her home. We had zero complaints. Water pressure was great. Place was spotless and fully stocked.
We will definitely stay with her if ever we are up in that neck of the woods!

Why they chose this property
We love this Vacation home so much we decided to open it up for others to enjoy as well. From listening to the birds with your morning coffee on the Covered Porch to Long Sunny Days on the River; you can't help but to unwind and make memories that last a lifetime. Our personal favorite is ending the evening at the fire-pit as the lightening bugs dance around our 2 Acres of land. You'll want to come back every year!!!
What makes this property unique
Direct Access to the River from the back yard and walking distance to Mainstreet!
