The condo was clean and cozy and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for the kids! We loved that we were walking distance from the Village.

The room is in a great location; however, if it’s snowing, it’s hard to get up the hill. This is definitely not a two bedroom. It is an extra space. There is no closet in that room and very little place to put things away. Drawers and cabinets are all filled with the owners, extra blankets, cleaners, supplies. Overall, it feels very disorganized and there is a little place for someone renting to put away groceries or their clothes. there was a hole in the closet, which looks like could’ve been made by rodents and holes in the corners of the extra room which also appears to have been made by rodents. The space was picked up, but there were cobwebs and spider webs above the blinds.
We’re a family of five with three small children and we’ve stayed in a few different condos in Mammoth. Pros: This location is amazing and walking ten minutes to the gondola was awesome. The mountain view was a plus. Very pleasantly surprised to have new pots and pans. Lots of towels, toilet paper and soap provided. Hot tub area was also super fun. Cons: The welcome messages are not polite and are not informative. There was no info about the pellet stove or ski lockers. The second bed is NOT a bedroom but just a bed with makeshift walls with a curtain. The place didn't feel clean, rugs were pretty dirty and the closets and cupboards were really disorganized.
This is not a two bedroom. It’s a one bedroom with a makeshift wall around a second bed. The “second bedroom” has a sheet for a door and one of the walls has a window sill with no glass window in it. The rooms were also dirty with used towels on the floor when we got there. I called the reservation number provided on the confirmation and sent a message through VRBO because we also needed a blanket for the second bed and we never heard back from them. Would not recommend this place or stay there again.

The home is accurately represented in the listing as a one-bedroom with an additional sleeping area, including photos, a detailed floor plan, and a written description outlining the layout. The secondary sleeping area is not advertised as a traditional enclosed bedroom, and this information is clearly disclosed prior to booking.
Regarding cleanliness, this concern was not reported to us at or shortly after arrival. Had we been notified, we would have immediately addressed the issue with our on-call housekeeping team to ensure it was resolved promptly.
We have reviewed our communication logs and do not show any missed calls or unanswered messages during your stay. Our team monitors guest inquiries closely and responds as quickly as possible, especially when related to comfort items or maintenance needs.
