An exceptional natural setting, located right at the heart of Saumur’s equestrian activities. The estate is dedicated to training dressage horses and spans 12 hectares just outside the city of Saumur, a stone’s throw from the Cadre Noir and the Saumur golf course.
Ideal for a relaxing getaway in the heart of nature, yet so close to all amenities.
The studios are fully equipped for two people and face south.
Enjoy the terrace, as well as the view of the oak grove across from your accommodation.
The estate is located in Saint-Hilaire-Saint-Florent, a neighbouring town adjacent to Saumur. Famous wineries such as Ackermann, Bouvet Ladubay, Veuve Amiot, and Langlois Château are located along our village’s high street.
Your studio will be the ideal starting point for exploring the area around Saumur and the beautiful Anjou region.
If you love animals, you’ll enjoy seeing the horses, goats, geese, chickens, and dogs here. We’re happy to welcome your four-legged friend—dog or cat—as long as they’re well-trained and pose no danger to the animals living on the property.
Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the golf course, hiking trails, and the water sports centre—just a 3-minute drive or a 15-minute walk away. The “Loire-à-vélo” bike route passes right by our gate and runs along the north and east sides of the property.
Our equestrian training centre does not have school horses, but it is possible to take riding lessons at one of the riding clubs located less than 5 minutes from the estate.
