Great Location and Clean

The apartment was very clean and had all the necessary items for cooking, cleaning etc. The location was great and the direct beach access is a real bonus. There is a wonderful variety of restaurants and there are a couple of supermarkets all within an 8 minute walk. Communication with Maria was excellent and the guys in the building (the security and maintenance) were great. We would return again. Thank you Maria for sharing your apartment.

En realidad el los TVs nunca tuvieron problemas. El Colombia los tvs funcionan con dos controles, en este caso , el huésped no comprendió el funcionamiento del sistema y tuvimos que enviar a alguien a que les enseñará como manipular los controles . En Cartagena la temperatura ambiental es muy alta y húmeda , a pesar de eso , mantenemos agua caliente en todas las llaves, tanto baños como lavamanos y cocina. Tan pronto como se nos informó del problema con agua caliente enviamos un técnico.

I had a great week at Maria's apartment. The apartment had everything that you needed, towels, bedding, appliances, dishes, and even some supplies like coffee, sugar, olive oil, etc. The location is right down the street from the Hilton and within walking distance to many good restaurants and shops in Bocagrande. There were a couple of minor issues but Maria took care of them promptly. Nice safe and secure place. I highly recommend.

The apartment is in a good location, walking distance from the beaches in Bocagrande and a short taxi ride to the old city. This most recent trip to Cartagena was the second time that I have stayed in this apartment. When I go back to Cartagena, I will probably try to get this same apartment. Very satisfied.

Grazie per il commento. Al fine di mantenere bassi i prezzi è impossibile cambiare le lenzuola ogni giorno. Gli appartamenti sono una soluzione economica per i prezzi elevati degli alberghi. Saluti.

Beautiful area

The apartment was well located and Maria and Mery could not have been any more accommodating and friendly. I would like to note, for any Americans, that many items that come standard in most rentals in the US, ie bath soap, face cloths, paper towels, beach towels, blanket/spread for the bed... do not come with the unit. It was not a problem, I just mention it because had I known, I could have brought some of the items with me to make our first night more comfortable. Fabulous rental and suited our needs perfectly. Thanks!
