This was a new listing when we booked with no reviews so I was nervous to proceed. Did some research and went for it! It was exactly as advertised. Extremely clean, brand new. Exactly as advertised. First time staying on the canal and it did not disappoint. We used the kayaks one morning. And stayed home two full days, Publix and other stores just moments away, close to highway (you could hear some highway noise but it was still peaceful quiet neighborhood). The house had everything to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely return!

Thank you so much for your wonderful 5-star review! We're so glad you decided to take a chance on Pearl of Paradise as one of our newest listings, and we're thrilled to hear it exceeded your expectations. It's wonderful to know you enjoyed the waterfront setting, got out on the canal in the kayaks, and found the home exceptionally clean, well equipped, and exactly as advertised. We love hearing that you were able to spend a couple of days simply relaxing at the home while still being conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, and everything Palm Coast has to offer. Thank you for being such fantastic guests and for sharing your experience with future travelers. We truly appreciate your kind words and are excited to welcome you back to Pearl of Paradise for another relaxing waterfront getaway! Warm Regards, Valarie and Jason iTrip Palm Coast Flagler Beach
