Our room didn’t have hot water but half of the 4 nights we stayed.. For 3 nights we kept asking for bedding for pullout finally got it out last night. On the other bed there was awful yellow stain which took forever to get. Communication with host was a joke All in all we will never book through Vrbo again.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. I’m very sorry your stay at Dunes Village Resort 623 fell short of expectations. Not having reliable hot water for half your stay, the delayed delivery of pullout bedding, the stained bedding, and the poor communication you experienced are unacceptable. We have escalated these issues. We are also reviewing our guest‑communication processes and staff response times so future guests do not encounter these problems. Sincerely, Luxury Beach Rentals
