The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
No noise after 11:00 pm as the property has neighbours close by. No large gatherings or parties whatsoever. Only the number of people who pay can stay. No gang members allowed. No Pets.
Turn off lights, heaters & fireplace. Put the dishes in the dishwasher & turn it on. Recycling to be taken to the domain. Put all rubbish into the wheelie bin & leave roadside for collection.
If you use the BBQ, you must clean it yourself, an extra cleaning charge of $100 will be requested if found unclean.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
