Guest House not a real VRBO

The property is simply a beautiful guest house! I have been in VRBO's all over the world and this is not even close to what a real VRBO has to offer. The property use is good for sleeping; quite, and peaceful. Few, to no amenities, except coffee machine. Yes it has a refrigerator and stove, but you would need to bring most everything else. to use them. Also the rules of the house are not posted, which only are sent to you after you pay the fees and the rules are very restrictive, pool and spa use must be scheduled. While it is in a beautiful setting, its NOT a traditional VRBO with the standard amenities that VRBOs are required to have, or offer. Our party stayed 2 miles away in a 12 BR and 14 BA villa, and their VRBO was spectacular with all the amenities available. We picked this location to be close to the group, which worked since we spent most days and evenings with the group in the Villa.
