We stayed here for 4 days and the location was absolutely perfect - close to the main square and old town without being noisy at all. The host was very responsive with all our questions. There are 2 AC units that cooled down the apartment enough to sleep (context: Americans) in the bedroom I turned off the AC at night and it was still okay. Well-equipped, would recommend.

Place was even better than the photos. Super clean and nicely decorated. Very convenient to metro stops and old town. Easily walked from train station. Very responsive owner/representative answering questions & recommendations. Two AC units & a fan in upper loft. One bedroom on first floor and bed on open loft above family room. Felt very safe in area & building.

Very central and convenient location! The unit was modern, well equipped with all the essentials, and very clean. The bottles of water in the fridge were a welcome surprise upon arrival. We were especially grateful for having air conditioning given we stayed in Nice during a heat wave. It wasn't the strongest, but kept things cool enough. Would absolutely return and highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. If you are looking for the perfect base to explore Nice, this is it—the location is unbeatable, situated right next to Galeries Lafayette and Place Masséna, with easy access to the tram line, Cours Saleya, and the charm of Vieux Nice.The unit itself was incredibly bright and spotless. We found the layout very comfortable; the loft area with a queen bed is a great feature, and the second bedroom is spacious and private. The bathroom was a highlight—modern and well-equipped with a shower stall, a separate bidet toilet, and a very appreciated heater/towel warmer. The kitchen is fully functional for any cooking needs, equipped with a refrigerator, a 4-burner electric cooktop, microwave, a standalone oven, a washing machine, and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker.One of the most critical aspects of our trip was that the unit features two highly effective air conditioning units (one in the lower bedroom and one in the living room). Even during the intense heatwave in France, the apartment remained perfectly cool. Our host, Damien, gave us the excellent tip to leave the A/C running on the lowest fan setting while we were out, which ensured the space stayed comfortable and allowed us to cool down the moment we returned.Speaking of Damien, he was a pleasure to deal with. Communication in English was seamless, and he was always very quick to respond to any questions.We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Nice. Highly r
