Let us Lead you to Adventure in this fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo in the beautiful Black Hills. Sleeps up to 6 and is perfect for those looking for a relaxing getaway. We welcome all but NO PETS please. Get your adventure on at the nearby Mickelson trail, the 3,000+ miles of ATV trails with access in every direction, and minutes from Historic Deadwood, Terry Peak Ski Area, Spearfish Canyon and Sturgis. Mount Rushmore and Custer State Park are within driving distance.
Our 900 sq ft open concept living space is home to private/hi-speed/secure WiFi, a walkout deck with two bedrooms (1Q, 1K Sleep Number), one bathroom, and is fully furnished with linens, smart TVs, full length mirrors, a queen size air mattress and Pack-N-Play. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen and a large eat-in counter. We provide S&P, cooking spray and oil. The bathroom is stocked with towels, hair dryer, TP, tissues & hand soap.
Our condo is a third floor unit with NO ELEVATOR. There is ONE dedicated parking space near a walking ramp that leads to the second floor. If using the ramp, there is only one set of stairs to climb.
Smoking is permitted on the patio with table and chairs just up the walking ramp. No smoking is allowed in our unit or on the private attached deck. We welcome any questions ahead of & during your stay.
1. Several units in the condo are permanent residences, and we appreciate your adherence to all rules.
2. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Please be courteous and keep the noise to a minimum.
3. Please dispose of all trash in the large dumpster located on the west side of the building. Please do not leave trash in the common areas, hallways or smaller trash cans near the entrances to the building.
4. Please only park in our unit’s designated parking spot or the visitor spots as identified by the signs. Each unit has one assigned spot.
5. Please only smoke in the designated area. There is no smoking in the building, the unit, or the private patios at any time. We also ask that you refrain from illegal activities and recognize that any illegal drug use will not be tolerated.
6. Trailer parking on city streets or city parking lots is not allowed, except for the short period of off-loading and on-loading vehicles, supplies, or equipment. Please reach out if you have questions regarding trailer parking.

Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Put used towels on bathroom floor
-Do NOT make beds that have been slept in. Leave blankets, pillows, shams on bed.
-Deflate / pack away air mattress (if used)
-Clean and put away used kitchenware
-Summer: ensure AC is turned off
-Winter: ensure bathroom heater is set to off
-Ensure door is pulled shut and locked
-Gather trash and take to dumpster on west side of building
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
