Casa Madria is a little sanctuary overlooking the sea. Fully air-conditioned, it offers absolute comfort, even during the warmest Corsican summer days.

You open your eyes, and the sea is simply there. Vast, turquoise, so close it feels almost within reach.

This apartment is not a brochure promise. It is your reality from the very first coffee, enjoyed on a balcony suspended above Tenutella Beach, in the heart of the Gulf of Valinco.

Perched on the top floor of the residence, entirely renovated with premium materials and meticulous hotel-grade attention to detail, this intimate retreat has been thoughtfully designed for two.

THE APARTMENT

The moment you step inside, your eyes are immediately drawn to the large glass doors, where the sea unfolds before you like a living masterpiece.

The 140 cm bed, dressed in carefully selected premium linens, promises nights as restful as the mornings that follow. Natural light fills the apartment throughout the day, from sunrise to sunset.

The open-plan kitchen, overlooking both the living area and the sea, is fully equipped for those who enjoy cooking. Everything is there to prepare a delicious meal, share a glass of wine, or simply savour breakfast with an uninterrupted view of the horizon.

The bathroom is an experience in itself, featuring a walk-in rainfall shower, a designer washbasin, a backlit mirror, and premium toiletries.

And there is one detail that very few places can offer: even from the shower, the sea is still there.

On the balcony, suspended above the Mediterranean, you will watch the sun disappear behind the Gulf of Valinco each evening, setting the sky ablaze with shades of gold, amber, and rose.

LOCATION

Tenutella beach, Olmeto, South Corsica — between crystal-clear water and wild maquis, on the D157 coastal road between Propriano and Porto-Pollo.

Everything you need is within reach: bakery 500 m, grocery store 800 m, restaurants all around.


· Ajaccio Airport (AJA) — 1h15 drive. Best connected, direct flights from most European cities.
· Figari Airport (FSC) — 1h30 drive. Quieter, sometimes cheaper. Perfect if you wish to visit Bonifacio or Porto-Vecchio on arrival.
· Ferry from Marseille — Propriano harbour is only 15 min away (Corsica Linea). Ideal if you're bringing your own car.

A personal tip: if you arrive via Ajaccio, take the coastal road through Propriano rather than the inland route. It adds 20 minutes, but your first glimpse of the gulf of Valinco is worth every one of them.

GETTING THERE & CHECK-IN

Casa Madria is on the D157 coastal road, directly on Tenutella beach. Free private parking is available in the residence — one space reserved for you throughout your stay.

For daytime arrivals, I welcome you in person. For late arrivals after 8pm, the studio door is fitted with a digital lock — I send you the personal access code via the messaging system a few hours before your arrival. Everything is ready: bed made, towels laid out, the sea waiting.

Simply type "Plage de Tenutella, Olmeto" into Google Maps or Waze. The residence is right on the road, facing the sea — you cannot miss it.
