The modernized Kitchen with dishwasher and separate dining area, leads out to the back entertaining area.  Enjoy cooking a BBQ under the covered  patio with enough seating for everyone. The large backyard boasts shady Mango trees perfect for your furry friends, and ideal for a  competitive cricket match with the family.

A short stroll will bring you to the vibrant hub of the very popular Moffat Beach, with choices for dining, coffee and craft beers or a wine,  Enjoy the surf beach, grassy parks, children's playgrounds and BBQ's.
