'At home is where the heart feels good' ... we have designed our new, 60m² holiday apartment according to this motto. Our house is located at an altitude of 1495 m in the East Tyrolean Puster Valley in a sunny and quiet location. The newly renovated apartment can accommodate 2-4 people. With a view of the wonderful mountain panorama - from the Sesto to the Lienzer Dolomites - you can enjoy your vacation away from the hustle and bustle. Our location is an ideal starting point for mountain, bike and hiking tours, in winter for fantastic ski tours and toboggan trips (natural toboggan run starts behind our house). In addition, our region offers a wide range of sports and cultural events.

Peace beyond imagination

The road up to the property was quite daunting the first time up, but it quickly became such fun for us. The peace, the quiet, the animals, the air.. it was all just perfect. The hosts are very kind and enjoyable to talk to and are absolutely lovely people. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

We stayed here as part of a family summer holiday (2 parents and our teenage son) and this was the first time we'd visited Austria (driving from the UK). The apartment is superb - clean, tastefully presented, comfortable, well equipped and with great attention to detail. The owners/hosts were charming and friendly, but also respected our privacy. And the location is incredible, with spectacular views from the balcony (and every window has a view too). Flowers on the table and on the balcony provide a nice finishing touch, and I can't think of anyting we'd have changed. The road up to the property is (as you might imagine) quite steep and twisty, but is well maintained and not too scary despite taking you fairly high up above the valley. We only stayed for 5 nights (would love to return sometime), and found there's plenty to explore in the area, from local walks, castles, some very pretty villages and towns, mountain roads, cable cars etc. However some of our favourite memories of the holiday were just from sitting on the balcony enjoying the mountain scenery whilst relaxiing with a glass of wine. I don't usually give such glowing reviews, but I really couldn't fault our stay. Highly recommended to anyone who enjoys wonderful scenery and great accommodation.

Fantastische ligging met fabelachtig uitzicht. eigen entree, kleine woonkamer, nette badkamer, grote slaapkamer met ruim balkon. Beerjr jammer dat de tuin grenst aan het verblijf van de ezels, maar met wel voldoende ruimte om een plekje te vinden. Vanuit de locatie ruim voldoende gelegenheid om te wandelen. Aardige gastvrouw.

Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht!

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist abseits, aber von dem Ausblick nicht zu übertreffen und lädt zu Wanderungen ein. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden und die Aufteilung der Räume ist sehr gut.

Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt zum Abschalten und Runterkommen. Toll gelegen mit phantastischem Blick auf die Lienzer Dolomiten. Als letztes Haus bevor die Straße in einen Schotterweg übergeht (fast) ohne Durchgangsverkehr, extrem ruhig. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Tolle Lage, tolles Haus

Wer Einsamkeit und Ruhe liebt und die Berge, ist hier genau richtig. Saubere zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung mit Platz, tolle Liegewiese und Balkon mit Blick auf Blumenwiesen und Berge . Dazu noch Esel. Wir haben tolle Wandertouren unternommen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Ein wirklich schöner Urlaub.

Traumhafte Aussicht und wunderschöne Lage

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist einfach wunderschön und man hat vom Balkon und der Küche eine traumhafte Aussicht in die umliegenden Berge. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich.

Traumhaftes Alpenpanorama

Die Ferienwohnung gehört zu einem wunderschönen kleinen Bergbauernhof. Von dort aus hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf die Lienzer Dolomiten. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Von hier aus sind zahlreiche Aktivitäten und Ausflugsziele schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ruhe und Erholung pur

Wir haben für ein paar Tage Ruhe und Erholung mit unseren beiden Kindern im Winter gesucht und genau gefunden. Die Wohnung war vollkommen zufriedenstellend, alles brauchbare vorhanden. Die Kinder haben sich riesig über das ganze Spielzeug gefreut. Auf dem Berg ist Ruhe pur und man schaltet vom stressigen Alltag sofort ab. Tolle Aussicht und Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Schlittenfahrten oder auch Ausflüge. Für uns war es perfekt und wir kommen gern wieder!

Stunning Views

The house sits on a sunny hillside far above the valley with great views of several large mountains. The apartment is very nice with beautiful woodwork and modern appliances. The family that rents it operates a working farm with a small sawmill in back. If you want to experience a true taste of Austrian living and hospitality it is a perfect place to do it.
