A great option for groups with 3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom upstairs & a self contained studio unit with bathroom downstairs (external access only).
Upstairs includes lounge, full kitchen, balcony with outside dining, BBQ, washing machine & pool.
The studio unit & upstairs lounge both have aircon which are operated with a "pay as you use" coin machine. A $2 NZ coin will give you 1.5 hours of power to the aircon unit.
