1st Floor Historic Highlands getaway equipped with 1 queen bedroom and 1 living room with pull-out full bed and Smart TV. Only 5 min drive to popular Lakeview and Avondale eateries and Breweries. Only steps from Highlands Country club. Wonderful Balcony views of Sloss Furnace and Highland Golf Course. BNB comes equipped with everything you would need for a romantic evening or a two week work trip. Less than 5 minutes from St. Vincents Hospital and UAB Hospital.

Wonderful quiet 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment with a separation door that separates the Bedroom/Bathroom from the Kitchen living room. Master is furnished with a queen pillow top bed and private bathroom. Living room /Kitchen is furnished with TV, Full Pull-out Sofa, kitchen utensils and coffee maker. Private balcony with a killer view!

Had a nice stay!

The place was the perfect size for me and the bestie to get ourselves ready for nights out together and still have our own space to decompress. Unfortunately there were staples sticking up

Door Code given was not correct. Phone number given had been cancelled. Took awhile with an extra phone call to Vrbo to get a phone that worked and revised door code.

Good Stay

Initially communications with the host were a little difficult messages were unanswered, and I wasn't given the correct door code. I had to communicate with a buildings resident to get in contact with the host. Kelly was more communicative with me from that point on. Unit was clean as advertised and suited our needs for the duration of our stay. Only things i would reccomend the toilet didn't have a strong water flush to it, and it would have been nice to have oven trays to cook in the oven as well as additional mugs and glassware.

The bathroom wasn' t clean the micro didnt work but they changed it out quickly.... The dishes were not 'clean There were spider webbs in the living rm the cabnets we not cleaned

To the owner. I was not pleased with the brown towels..You can not bleach colored towels. Plus the towels had long hair attached. Also, I needed a pot and your property doesn't provide basis kitchen tools. Final, I was sweeping the kitchen floor and swept up black dog hair.. The kitchen floor was not clean which made me wonder about the brown and yellow towels. I thought the property was decorated nicely but your cleaning staff droped the ball.
