This condominium features a premium California king-sized bed in the Master Bedroom Loft Suite, and the Second Bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms adjoin private, full bathrooms with stone & travertine showers, vessel sinks, and antique Oriental cabinets. There is also a powder room adjacent to the Second Bathroom that is accessible to the Kitchen/Living Area. The condominium sleeps a maximum of four guests.

This 1,018-square-foot, second floor, two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom condominium is located on prime oceanfront real estate in the Napili Point Resort at Napili, West Maui. A single flight of stairs provides access to the resort's second level, where direct ocean views of Honokeana Bay as well as the Maui/Lanai/Molokai channel distract guests with their incredible beauty. Conveniently located to all of the Kapalua Resort restaurants, including Merriman's, Taverna, and The Plantation House, this condominium also offers an amazing kitchen for cooking gourmet meals and dining in.

Second time at the property and it did not disappoint!! The location, view, and tasteful decor are unmatched. Also, the owner provides a well-stocked kitchen and good beds. If there are any issues, they will respond immediately to resolve. Highly recommend this property-just don't rent it at the time I want to go!!!!

Napili Bay Resort

This home far exceeded our expectations with the views, spaciousness & the comforts of home! We were in Maui to snorkel & relax and we enjoyed walking down to snorkel & then relaxing in the pool after. No need to drive to a beach. We did walk over to Napili which was a short, easy walk as well. The Napili Market 5 min away had all the basics we needed as well as a few quick restaurants. The drive to Kaanapali was short & easy for finer dining & shopping. The beds were comfortable, the A/C cold and the property manager responsive when I had a quick question! Will definitely be staying here again soon!

Cove Magic for all ages!

We went to this magical property over Memorial Day 2023. We had two adults and two teenager boys. We had a great time and can't ask for anything else regarding the property. First of all, the location is perfect, the home has an amazing view of Honokeana Bay. We spent many of our meals outside on the terrace watching the snorklers and looking for turtles poking their heads up! The property is a few minutes from a small strip mall that has a grocery store and a few cafes. It is also just minutes from the Kapalua area which is the home to the Ritz - Carlton and Montage. Pro Tip, we went up to the Plantation restaurant up on the PGA golf course. Perfect for any meal, especially breakfast. Just about 12 minutes south is the area of Kaanapali and Lanaina. Emmitt was an awesome property manager, I had a few questions about the TV and the washing machine and he was quick to respond. We stopped at Costco at the way into town and they had nice BBQ's on the grounds, where while I cooked you can watch the sunset every night. One other pro tip - check out Gazebo Breakfast spot. My suggestion is to order from the to-go line and bring the food back to the condo. The to-go line is on the right facing the back of the property. The longer line which usually goes up the stairs is the line for eating inside. Feel free to message me for any other questions, but I can't say enough about this property. I hope other families can enjoy as much as we did. Aloha!

Amazing condo, view, and location

The condo is beautiful. It was obviously refinished and they did a wonderful job. The furnishings and appointments were very nice. The beds were very nice. Everything was absolutely top notch including the view (simply gorgeous views and sunsets). Though beware the sun comes in hot in the afternoon - directly into the condo. The screen was very helpful. The location is great as well. Plenty of options to eat (we chose the Sea House often especially for breakfast - they know how to make Eggs Benedict very well). They have their own parking (free) (it's 2 minute drive or you can walk) and they open earlier than other places for breakfast. But there are plenty of great options very nearby. Also the beach is relatively easy to get to (not easy, but not too bad of a walk without having to find parking). There are actually plenty of beaches to choose from nearby if you want to drive a couple of minutes. But the cove in front of the condo is the clincher. It's beautiful. There are sea turtles all over that cove. And they're obviously comfortable with people as they don't even flinch when you're close. You can even see them from the shore. So the snorkeling was amazing (great shots on my Go Pro). Getting into the cove is a little bit of a challenge. There's no stairs or easy step into it. You have to climb in via the rocks and sometimes the current can be a little challenging. If you're active, no problem and kind of fun. If not, it's still fun to sit on the shore and watch and just enjoy the waves and sunsets. My only small complaint was the TP. Double ply that felt like single ply. May sound nit picky but when it breaks apart in your hand often enough, you'll understand the frustration :). If we're looking for a slight improvement, The 2nd floor sink is also too high with a faucet spout too short and close to the sink edge. Sounds silly but try maneuvering your hands into a high sink edge and get them under a faucet that's barely over the sink lip. It's oddly difficult to wash your face or even just washing your hands. A higher faucet (like the bottom floor bathroom) would solve this. First world problems, I know. But everything about our stay was pretty dang perfect. The complex was pretty quiet too. We were able to sleep very well. Obviously that'll depend on your neighbors. But it was consistently quiet the whole 8 nights. We had a wonderful time. If we come back to Maui we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay at Napili Shores

How many times have you needed a vacation from your vacation after all was said and done? You won't feel this way if you stay here. We spent half of our days on the island at the condo rather than dashing from place to place. You can pop right out your back door and jump in Honokeana Bay where you will snorkle with green turtles. Follow the easy foot trail around the corner and have a beautiful beach day on the sandy shores of Napili Bay. Or just jump in one of the two pools at the complex, neither of which were crowded. If you have a grill master in the family, you will find no other grill station in a more beautiful location than this one with a spectacular sunset view. It was so lovely in fact, my husband volunteered to grill dinner two nights of our stay rather than eating out. The only draw back is the north shore is a solid 45 minute drive and traffic at rush hour can be tricky getting to that side of the island. This is easily avoided, however, with just a little planning. The property management team was super responsive and so easy to work with. Check in was easy and the condo is clean and well outfitted. If we ever return to Maui, we will stay here again. The view from the upstairs/loft bedroom is so lovely, it's a great way to wake up each day.

A perfect retreat

The property was perfect for my family. We watched the turtles from the balcony and were steps away from our favorite snorkling place. It is a quick and easy walk to Napili Bay where the boys enjoyed playing in the waves and of course, eating at the Gazebo.

Very Enjoyable Stay

This condo was perfect for four friends to share. It was well stocked (except for wine glasses) and we were grateful for added extras like boogie boards and snorkels! We could watch the turtles in the bay from our lanai. You can swim/snorkel right from the property (a rocky entrance, you have to take a bit of care, but it's doable and many do it). We were also incredibly grateful to Ryan for letting us stay until our flight left (a red eye back to Canada) on our last day. Beds were comfy. Be forewarned the unit gets hot in the afternoons as there are no blinds on the upper windows, or an awning. Also the upstairs bedroom is open to the kitchen/dining room below (this was fine for us, but just good info to have). The unit was very quiet, the pool was lovely ... you are walking distance to Napili Bay (five minutes tops along the shore) and Merriman's for happy hour! We would love to come back, but until relations improve between the US and Canada we will sadly be spending our travel budget elsewhere.

Maui 2024

Ryan’s place was exactly as depicted. Beautiful views, and all the comforts we needed. Coffee on the balcony overlooking turtles in the cove was the perfect start to each day. We had two extra requests for Ryan to make our stay perfect and he came through on both of them. We would certainly consider staying here again!

Napili Point No Ka Oi!

The best place on Maui, and the condo is very nicely appointed. It had more beach supplies than I realized, from chairs to boogie board. Some of the cabinets could use a paint touch up, and it would be nice to have a comfy chair or other comfortable seat in the living area along with the couch, but those are the only improvement suggestions we have. The property manager was responsive and friendly. I would definitely book it again!
