As Advertised for Ski Vacation

Overall, the property was as advertised. I was ideal for our group with 5 bedrooms and a spacious living area and well stocked kitchen. While it is advertised as ski in and out it was not ski out and the walk was nearly 0.5 miles (1km) to closest lift (although we could ski back to the house). It was great that we could take the gondola to Courchevel 1850 for skiing and for dinner in the evening. A couple of things that would have improved the place - the drive was not shoveled after a snow and we were concerned about decending the steep decline. There were also no paper towels in the kitchen (although this seems to be an EU thing). As Americans we prefer out hot tub at closer to 40C but the tub was set at a max of 37C (98F). The management company was extremely responsive and the one small issue we had was taken care of immediately (clogged drain). Overall, we were very pleased with the place and would stay again.

Your feedback is very helfpul for us to improve our guests' experiences, therefore thanks a lot for this too. Two points worth mentioning: about the snow removal, we are sory to read this, too bad you did not mention it to us earlier so that we could have reached out to the city hall and perhaps something could have been done. Regarding the hot tub, we understand 37° can seem low for some guests, however it is the regulations as per our jacuzzi maintenance experts. Above this temperature, the water quality decreases and the sanitary conditions are no longer optimal. Lastly, your compliments about our responsiveness are very appreciated. This is an aspect we care for very much, thank you for recognizing it. We are happy to have welcomed you to Courchevel and hope to have the pleasure to welcome you back next year!
