Summer and winter alike, the ROYAL Residence is ideally located in the heart of the village of Brides les Bains, 200 meters from the entrance to the thermal establishment. To take full advantage of the largest ski area in the world, the Olympe gondola, 150 meters from the residence, connects Brides to Méribel and the 3 Valleys in 25 minutes.

Accommodation:
31 m² studio for 5 people, located on the 5th floor of the residence with elevator.
Spacious south-facing balcony.

Living room with 1 double bed (2 people), television.
Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, mini oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and all necessary crockery.

BEDS:
Living room: a double bed (2 people).
Mountain corner (at the entrance): a set of bunk beds for 3 children.
High beds are not suitable for a child under 6 years old.

BATHROOM :
Bath, sink, toilet and washing machine.

Additional shower.

Outdoor parking shared with the residence, non-nominative spaces.
WIFI connection included.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:
Bed linen included from 15/12 to 15/04 for short winter stays.
Bed linen is not included for year-round spa stays.
Towels and end-of-stay cleaning not included and on request.
Deposit required on arrival.
Supplement of €25 per animal per stay (maximum 2 animals).
