Roadside Retreat is conveniently positioned on the main thoroughfare in the beautifully historic township of Beaufort. The property provides quick and easy access to the Western Highway and is situated on an ample quarter acre plot. The back garden is fenced in. The property features two driveways supporting multiple family vehicles. Does have a spit bathrooms in the house. Bathroom 1 has shower and sink. Bathroom 2 has the toilet.
The house consists of three bedrooms, complete with USB charging points, ceiling fans and heating. The bedrooms currently consist of a king size bed, a queen bed and one child single bed. The property also features one split bathroom and a separate utility space with an individual washing machine and dryer.
The kitchen features a bult in oven, microwave and freestanding fridge. You are welcome to make use of tea and coffee as well as participating in the 'pass it on' shelf. Shower gel, hand soap, shampoo, washing powder, dishwashing liquid has been provided for your stay.
