True SKI IN-OUT townhome: 100’ to slopes (HOT TUB, FP, WD)
Fantastic slope side location for this updated 2 bed/2 bath town home. Picturesque forest setting in a quiet and private complex on Blackcomb mountain. Steps to the ski run (100'), yet close to Whistler Village and many other outdoor activities. After a day on the slopes you can relax in the Complex’s out door hot tub or sit on the deck. No need to drive. Walk to nearby Lost or hike on a trail. Park the car and take the free local bus to all the attractions and entertainment in town.
1) Professional cleaning services are exclusively used to ensure highest standards are maintained. Always extremely thorough and taking special care in every detail. Employing all the latest measures and protocols.

3) Check in: 4 pm. Check out: 11 am
4) There are NO pets allowed. Only proper service animals accompanied by legitimate papers as provided by a professional.
5) NO SMOKING! Not allowed in the unit, on the deck, or any common Painted Cliff property. Severe fines will apply for any offence.
Tasteful upgrades in a well maintained, bright, spacious and professional cleaned town home. Exterior deck with great westerly views down the valley with afternoon sunshine. Amenities include: in-unit washer/dryer, fire place (fire logs only), fully equipped kitchen, stainless appliances, flat screen TV's, DVD player and dedicated underground parking spot. Heated floor tiles in the kitchen and baths. Free wifi and cable.
Check in: 4 pm and check out: 11 am. Please plan accordingly. As there is no front desk unfortunately there is no storage of gear/equipment in the unit or at the complex outside of those hours. i.e. there is no early/late check out for gear/equipment. Please make arrangements for your gear in advance at places that offer that service.
WINTERTIME: Located just steps from the Cruiser Run under Blackcomb's Wizard Chair. SUMMERTIME: convenient Benchlands location allows easy access to the amenities of the upper village/Blackcomb base, Lost Lake recreation area, Valley Trail, Hiking, Biking, Chateau Golf course and many other fun outdoor activities.
Short drive down to the upper and main Village. Free parking in the day lots 4 & 5 and Marketplace has 2hr paid parking (1/2 hr free in designated areas). BUS: free local shuttle (#5) with frequent service that stops just outside the complex. Walk: Take the valley trail to upper village 10 min, main village 15-20 min or lost lake 20 min.
This property is a legally zoned 'phase 1' nightly rental. Prices do not include GST (it is an extra labeled as 5% resort fee or tax)
Requests for the king bed to be split into two singles must be made at time of booking or at least 2 weeks in advance.
HOUSE RULES:
1. Please observe all Painted Cliff House Rules and local Whistler bylaws. Specifically: quiet hours (10pm - 8am), hot tub rules/hours, etc. Guest will not hang towels or garments from railings and will keep all entries and outside walkways free of objects. No garbage or recycling to stored any where outside or on the deck. Violations will be corrected immediately and Guest may be charged if not compliant. Please respect your other neighbours. GUEST and/or their guest(s) shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbours, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law or ordinance, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the premises. Loud music systems and other disruptive noises are not permitted.
2. Important items in the unit at your arrival: remote for parking garage & common key for hot tub access/garage dr. If lost, damaged or not left in the unit at departure a $100 replacement fee will be charge per item.
3. Fireplace: Fire logs only (no wood). One at time only.
4. NO SMOKING in the unit, Painted Cliff common areas or on the pool deck. Min 30' from any building. If smoking is detected in the suite Guest will be charged a minimum of $500 to deodorize unit.
5. There are NO PETS allowed with the exception of service animals accompanied by proper documentation issued by a professional.
6. Storage of ski and snowboard equipment in front entry way only. NO bikes in the unit. Sand, salt and water will damage floors and result in additional cleaning fees and/or damages charges.
7. No outdoor footwear, ski or snowboard boots in the living spaces of the suite. Sand, salt and water will damage floors and result in additional cleaning fees and/or damages charges.
8. Host or Agent will use best efforts to ensure that all equipment within the unit is in good working order. We will make every effort to quickly repair non-working items but will not issue refunds for circumstances out of our control.
9. Guest agrees that Host or Agent reserves the right to enter the rental property to investigate disturbances or violations, check for damage, or make repairs.
10. Guest understands that renovation or construction to the building or adjacent units may create an inconvenience, noise or dust. This does not constitute a breach of this contract and there will be no refund issued due to construction.
11. Daily cleaning service is not included, but can be arranged for an additional charge. Property will be professionally cleaned before arrival. Housekeeping includes departure clean and a starter kit containing the following items: toilet paper, paper towel a few days' supply of dish soap, hand soap, and a few loads of laundry/dishwasher detergent. These items must be replenished by Guest for the remainder of your stay as needed.
12. Guest acknowledges that they use the property and grounds at their own risk and the Host and Agent will not be held liable for accident, injury, or loss of any kind.
13. This unit has 6 person maximum occupancy. PENALTY FOR VIOLATING MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY PROVISION: in the event the GUEST allows the premises to be occupied by more than stated maximum occupancy, GUEST shall be responsible to pay HOST the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per person in excess of the stated maximum occupancy per day for each day the GUEST is in violation.
14. CHECK OUT: 11 am. Late check outs can be arranged at least 72 hours in advance of departure but subject to the booking calendar and housekeeping availability. No late check outs when there is a new incoming guest same day. UNAUTHORIZED LATE CHECK-OUT: In order to prepare the space for subsequent guests, standard check-out time is strict at 11 am. Failure to comply will result in a minimum fine of $100.
15. To prevent lock outs please have the unit access code with you at all times.
16. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS: Any reservation obtained under false pre-tense will be subject to forfeiture of advance deposit and/or rental money and the party will not be permitted to check-in. No 2nd party bookings.
17. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY: GUEST agrees that any tenant who is found using drugs or allows others to use drugs on the premises will be immediately denied occupancy at these premises, and that illegal activity may result in an immediate cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of any and all deposits made.
