This 4 King Bedroom/4 Master Bath Condo is sure to be a unit that you will come back to over and over! This is such a great location - you can get anywhere in Branson in 10 mins and to Silver Dollar City in 15! Run over to the Sight and Sound Theatre for a show, come back and relax before you head to the Branson Landing for dinner, and you still won't spend time in the car! There is a view of the Thousand Hills Golf Course too! Looking for a unit with a no-stairs option? Look no further! Park right in front of the elevator at the building next door, and there is a walkway straight to the unit. It is about a 200-foot, level walk from the elevator to the front door.

The 4 king bedrooms have luxury linens, wonderful mattresses, and every bedroom has a flat-screen smart TV. The attached baths make it perfect for privacy for everyone! Two of the masters have walk-in showers, and 2 have tub/shower combos!

There is a large living area and huge sunroom where the dining table sits right by the windows with plenty of light. There is a 2nd small fridge there, perfect for beverages. The living area is huge and has extra seating with a loveseat and a sleeper sofa, along with a recliner too! There is a large flat-screen Smart TV for streaming Netflix, or we also have cable as well.

The kitchen is ready for any meal, including Thanksgiving. You'll find all you need: silverware, storage containers, several small appliances, pans, dishes, and more. The dining area has plenty of seating for the whole group to share a meal and discuss the day's activities. The open floor plan means those in the kitchen are still in the conversation with everyone in the living area. The washer and dryer in the condo will let you pack lightly too. The dining room is perfect for game night as well!

One of the best features is the huge patio with the grassy yard! Sit on the patio while you are grilling your dinner! Everything is on one level, and you can sit and enjoy the peace and quiet and feel like you are away from everything, but just 10 mins to anything you would want to enjoy about the Ozarks! Enjoy the museums, shows, great restaurants, Table Rock Lake, world-class golf, and of course Silver Dollar City! Our Grand Legacy condo will be one of your favorite spots to enjoy the area!
