Powder Room (Laundry): Toilet

Fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries are provided. The kitchen includes essential appliances such as a fridge, microwave, kettle, and cooking utensils. Iron and ironing board are also available.

Guest Access & House Rules

Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, laundry, and all provided amenities. Please treat the home with care.

No parties or events allowed
Keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM
Clean dishes and appliances after use (cleaning fees may apply if left unclean)
Turn off lights and AC when leaving
Return keys to the lockbox upon checkout

Our team is available from 10 AM to 6 PM, with 24/7 support for emergencies.

Additional Notes

- Strictly no smoking
- No pets allowed
- Security deposit may be used for damages or missing items

Self check-in instructions will be provided two days before arrival.

Other things to note:

This home adjusts based on group size. Smaller groups will have access to 4 bedrooms, while larger groups (9+ guests) enjoy the full 6-bedroom configuration.


There is a strict no party/ events policy as we would appreciate that our guests respect our neighbours and our building!

Additional Rules:

NO SMOKING Any evidence of smoking would cause a penalty of 500 AUD.

NO PETS: This property doesn’t allow pets to stay. Strata will fine us to have pets without permission. Therefore, you will be charged for this penalty.

NO PARTIES: Please do not make loud noise, because it may affect neighbours. Penalties may apply for party, room damage or messy room. you are welcomed to invite friends to visit, but their safely will be your responsibility.

Self-Check In: The way to check in is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instruction carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location. The check in instruction will be sent to you one day before your check in date.

LOSS OF KEYS: Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charge for loss of key/access devices would be $300 per set. If you get locked out of the property, we would charge $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).

DAMAGE Deposit will be ultilised to compensate any damage or loss happens in the room caused by the guest.
