We had an exceptional stay from start to finish! The entire check-in process was seamless, even with our late arrival, and the 24-hour front desk made everything incredibly easy.The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. The location was great, and everything we needed for our stay was clearly communicated ahead of time.Ivan was an excellent host—responsive, welcoming, and proactive throughout our stay. He made sure we had all the information we needed and even checked in to make sure everything was going well.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time we’re in Miami. Highly recommended!
