About this property

"Söt`Hafenhus" at the idyllic, small harbor, with a wide view of Bodden meadows

Our massively built holiday home 'Hafenblick' was completed in May 2012. It is detached on our large, beautifully landscaped property, but completely separate from our living area.
With a living space of approx. 85 sqm, it offers plenty of space and therefore retreat options for 4-5 people.
All rooms are generously cut, flooded with light and comfortably and at the same time comfortably furnished.

The small, tranquil harbor of Pruchten is located diagonally opposite the front of the holiday home in approx. 50 m. Whether you want to go fishing, watch the passing ships and sailing boats or the fisherman catching his catch - there should be something for every taste. Of course, the sunrises and sunsets over the water are particularly beautiful and impressive .....

In addition, boats of various types can be borrowed from a professional provider. You are also welcome to bring your own boat and, after consultation with the nice harbor master, let you into the water.

At the back of the holiday home is the maritime-designed terrace, which can be reached through a large glazed patio door. From here, our guests have a wonderful view of the wide meadows up to the water. Many different types of birds rest there and foxes, rabbits and deer can also be observed. Our guest children are happy to fly kites or play football there.
We have created a second terrace at the front of the holiday home so that our guests can enjoy the sun on one or the other terrace at any time of the day.
The crane train is a special natural spectacle in our region; Large flocks of cranes fly directly over the holiday home every morning to their inland feeding areas and in the evening back to their sleeping places in the shallow lagoon waters.
You do not necessarily have to book a guided crane observation tour, but can comfortably watch this unique natural experience from the terrace of the holiday home, which invites you to linger for longer evenings with cozy garden furniture and cozy blankets.
So not only in spring and summer you can relax wonderfully in our holiday home, recharge your batteries, but also in autumn and winter, when the lagoon waters are frozen and the meadows snowy entice you for long walks.

If you want to spend your Christmas and / or New Year's holiday in our holiday home, a festively decorated holiday home awaits you.



Excellent bakery, restaurant and ice cream parlor can be reached on foot in about 2 minutes (without any noise disturbance). The baker is also open on Sunday mornings from May to October.

Unkomplizierte und sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, das Häuschen war sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit vielen Accessoires zum Thema "Hafen / Küste / Meer" ausgestattet. Einfach reinkommen und wohlfühlen.Die Lage ist zentral und ruhig. Die Kraniche fliegen direkt über die anliegenden Bodenwiesen - ein tolles Erlebnis, dass man von der Terrasse aus haben kann. Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung - sowohl in Richtung Zingst / Fischland / Darß als auch in Richtung Festland ein guter Startpunkt. Wir werden sicher noch einmal wieder kommen....

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen Ende September/Anfang Oktober im schnuckeligen "Söt'Hafenhus" verbracht. Alles entsprach genau der Beschreibung im Internet und die Küchenausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir hatten eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Vermieterin - sehr sympathisch.Die Gegend eignet sich sehr gut für vielerlei Entdeckungen, per Rad, mit dem Auto oder auch zu Fuß. Der Nahverkehr ist gut ausgebaut und bietet vielerlei Möglichkeiten. Alles in allem ein gelungener Ferienaufenthalt. Gerne wieder einmal.

Ein richtig zauberhaftes wundervolles Kleinod ist dieses Zuhause (vollständig ausgestattetes / esfehlte an nichts) auf Zeit, sehr ruhig gelegen, direkt am Pruchtener Hafen mit seinen traumhaftenSonnenaufgängen/-untergängen.Frau Jiberjahn ist eine wunderbare Vermieterin, Sie ist immer erreichbar und macht einiges vorab möglich. Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir hatten 2 Wochen Urlaub und haben in diesem sehr schönen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus gewohnt. Das Ferienhaus liegt in sehr ruhiger Umgebung abseits vom größeren Tourismus und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung von Fischland, Darß und Zingst. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, danke an die nette Besitzerin!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne erholsame Urlaubswoche inmitten unberührter Landschaft, konnten die Natur genießen und viel unternehmen.Die Lage des Ferienobjekts ist für Ausflüge sowohl auf dem Festland als auch auf Fischland-Darß-Zingst ideal.Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und war auch für Fragen stets erreichbar. An - und Abreise waren völlig unproblematisch. Der Bäcker in der Nähe ist auch spitze.Wir kommen bestimmt gern mal wieder.

Wundervolles Haus

Das Haus war supersauber, sehr vollständig eingerichtet und hat eine fast uneinsichtige Terrasse an der Rückseite. Die Vermieterin hat eine angenehme Art und ist sehr rücksichtsvoll aber dennoch leicht erreichbar. Bett- und Frotteewäsche haben eine gute Qualität. Der Einzug war einfach, es gibt einen Schlüsselkasten. Die Lage direkt gegenüber dem Hafen macht es Anglern und Bellybootfahrern leicht. Nicht zu vergessen, der Bäcker einige Häuser entfernt hat gute Backwaren und auch einige Lebensmittel. Wir würden hier erneut buchen und empfehlen das Haus weiter.

Wieder wunderbar!

Ende Oktober haben wir unseren zweiten Urlaub in diesem superschön gelegenen Ferienhaus verbracht. Entspannung und Ruhe mit Weitblick

Wir haben uns in dem gemütlichen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, liebevoll eingerichtet und der Platz gut ausreichend. Die Bilder entsprechen der tatsächlichen Situation. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und angenehm. Die Lage des Hauses an den Boddenwiesen und dem kleinen Hafen ist wirklich idyllisch. Besonders der Weitblick tat so gut. Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man über einen schönen Radweg recht schnell nach Zingst. Wir können einen Urlaub im Söt Hafenhus nur empfehlen!

Gepflegtes angenehmes Ambiente

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gepflegt. Wir wurden mit ausgesuchten Blumen aus dem Garten und köstlicher selbstgemachter Marmelade freundlich empfangen. Das Internet ist sehr gut mit 50Mb ausgebaut. Ruhig am Ortsrand gelegen. Wenige Schritte zum Bodden mit Bootssteg und zum Bäcker. Überall gibt es Radwege. Die Vermieterin wohnt auf dem Grundstück, ist hilfsbereit und zurückhaltend.

Wir haben sehr schöne, entspannte Erinnerungen an unseren Urlaub im "Söt`Hafenhus". Zu zweit war es super geräumig. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war angenehm. Fazit: Hier kann man sehr gut zur Ruhe kommen. Sowohl Ausflugsziele auf dem Darß als auch auf dem Festland sind mit dem Rad sehr gut erreichbar. Wir können uns einen weiteren Urlaub im "Söt`Hafenhus" gut vorstellen.

Unser Ostseeurlaub

Sehr ruhig gelegenes hübsches Ferienhäuschen mit einer netten Vermieterin. Gut möbliert mit einer modernen Küche. Ein kleines Problem ist nur die enge Wendeltreppe zu den Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoss, die mit größeren Gepäckstücken kaum zu bewältigen ist. Toilette und Bad ist im Erdgeschoß, so daß bei nächtlichem Toilettengang immer ein Licht brennen muß. Hierfür sind Wandleuchten am Fuß der Treppe angebracht. Insgesamt aber perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub.
