Comfortable apartment for 4 people
An ideal base for a comfortable holiday in Capbreton, this second-floor apartment in a modern and secure residence offers:
A fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals: oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, stovetop, everything you need for breakfast, and a fridge-freezer.
A bright living room with a TV area and sofa, and a dining area with a table and four chairs.
This living space opens onto a beautiful and spacious south-facing terrace, perfect for soaking up the sun, sharing a meal, or relaxing with your favorite book on a sun lounger.
For sleeping, there are two lovely bedrooms with closets: one with a double bed (140x200 cm) and the other with two single beds (90x200 cm). Both have access to the terrace.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
The apartment has fiber optic internet.
END-OF-STAY CLEANING
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking. However, this corresponds to a standard cleaning. If the accommodation is returned in a condition requiring more thorough cleaning, a €60 cleaning fee will be applied.
Please consult the welcome booklet upon arrival.

Appartement idéalement placé
Appartement propre et bien équipé proche hypermarché donc très pratique. A quelques minutes du centre ville de Capbreton et de Hossegor.
L’agence qui gère le bien est juste parfaite.
