Entire Guest Suite - East Abby - 1 Bedroom - 1 Bedroom

This functional and inviting 1-bedroom suite is perfect for a single person or couple. Conveniently located in East Abbotsford, this spacious suite offers a modern kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom. Appliances included in the suite are dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove and laundry. There is space for single parking in the property. Clayburn Centre is within walking distance, bus stop, and trails too. Access to Mission Highway, and Highway 1 within a couple of minutes.

The space
This basement suite is separate from the main house. It has independent access; therefore, there are no shared spaces.

The suite has an independent electric heating system. There are three control knobs in the suite (bedroom, living area, and bathroom), please make sure to adjust the temperature to suit your needs.

Please note that the bedroom is located directly below our second-floor kitchen. As a result, you may occasionally hear our footsteps. We do our best to keep noise to a minimum, we are considerate of our guests.

The photos of the front/main house are provided for reference only and are intended to show the exterior of the property. Guests do not have access to the main house or its interior spaces.

Guest access
Guests enter the suite through the left side of the house. Past the wooden gate, the door to the suite is the second one to the right. The key is inside the key lock box. The code for the box will be given once their stay is confirmed.

Other things to note
Guests can park their car in front of the garage, on the left side.
Basic amenities are provided; however, should you need to replenish or require specific ones, please note that there is Choices Supermarket within walking distance, and a Save on Foods, Walmart and Dollar Store less than a 5 minute-drive.
