House for 5 persons: approx. 104 m2 on two floors. The ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, bathroom with shower, and covered terraces. On the first floor, air conditioning in the corridor, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with three single beds (two of the beds can be made up to a double bed on request), bathroom with shower.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Entspannter Urlaub

Wir waren zwei Pärchen, das Haus war schön groß und sauber, hatte zudem alles was man benötigt und nen eigenen Pool. Der Vermieter wohnt auf dem Grundstück, mitbekommen hat man von ihm aber fast nichts. Reibungsloser Check-In und Check out. Gerne wieder 👍🏻

Zu Ostern alles 1A!

Wir (2 Menschen, 1 Golden Retriever) waren zu 100% zufrieden und fühlten uns in dem hübschen Haus sehr wohl. Die Betreuung durch den Besitzer war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, wir wurden zum Osterfrühstück und immer wieder zu einem abendlichen Glas Wein eingeladen. Trotz des kühlen Wetters war es im Haus warm und gemütlich (Pellets-Ofen!). Die zentrale Lage ist zur Erkundung von Istrien ideal! Wir können das Haus Mariva uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
