HipNautic is a newly remodeled, ground-floor condo that has an open floor plan overlooking the shared pool/hot tub. Entertain in the open living room with a large sectional, TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. Adjacent is the dining table with seating for 6. Practice your culinary skills in the galley-style kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, pots, pans, and utensils. Enjoy your morning coffee off of the back patio which has a view of the shared pool and grilling area. The guest bedroom (BR1) has a Twin over Full bunk bed, an additional Twin bed, and a TV. The guest hall bathroom has a tub/shower. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is at the end of the hall. The master bedroom (BR2) is at the end of the hallway. It has a King-size bed, chest for your beach attire, TV, nightstands, and closet. The ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a glass enclosure. The bathroom has private access to the laundry room. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.
