My Favorite! Red Rock Canyon- Hiking, beautiful scenery. A must see while you are visiting this beautiful area.

Parties, large gatherings (larger than our max allowed) and other disturbances will not be tolerated.

As a LICENSED SHORT-TERM RENTAL PROPERTY, all guests must agree to follow all city ordinances and house rules as disclosed prior to booking off the property.

1️⃣ NO parties of any kind due to the city ordinances. No parties are allowed at the property.
2️⃣ NO Fireworks of any kind. Absolutely NO fireworks are allowed on and around the property at any time
3️⃣ NO Disturbing noises of any kind. This includes use of microphones and speakers for singing, speaking, and playing music throughout the day and especially after 10:00 pm and before 8:00 am.
4️⃣ NO Street Parking of any vehicles. All vehicles must be parked on the designated area within the property. No commercial vehicles allowed. Please see the property map onsite for the designated parking area.
5️⃣ NO more than 6 Vehicles allowed. Due to the city ordinances, only a limited number of vehicles are allowed.
6️⃣ NO Disturbances around the neighborhood. This includes racing, revving, and spinning out cars/motorcycles on or around the property. Most importantly, NO DISTURBING THE NEIGHBORS! NO EXCEPTIONS! If any neighbor or authority contacts us during your stay to report violation of any of the above rules, then you will be reported to the channel you booked under and required to leave the property immediately without refund.
7️⃣ Pets are not allowed on this property. Bringing a pet for your stay may result in booking cancellation, with no refund and/or a $1,000 fine
8️⃣ Please update your guest count for insurance purposes. Additional fees may apply. When cancelling a reservation, processing fees will not be refunded.
9️⃣ For your protection, like any hotel, we have security cameras in the front yard and backyard covering the outside premises.

Special Facilities on property: Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna, Exercise Equipment.

Use of the special facilities during your stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to:

1️⃣ Drowning
2️⃣ The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the hot tub and/or pool and/or sauna and/or exercise equipment.
3️⃣ The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the Special Facilities areas.
4️⃣ The risk of injuries resulting from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding.
5️⃣ The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the Special Facilities areas.

All guests hereby agree to the conditions below and fully intend to use the Special Facilities and entire property at their own risk:
1️⃣ TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that the guests have or may have in the future against the owner, host, directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives (hereinafter referred to as the “Releasees”) in regards to guests use of the Special Facilities.
2️⃣ TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or other costs that guests may suffer or that their next of kin may suffer in connection with guests use of the Releasees Special Facilities and its surroundings, to any cause whatsoever, including negligence on the part of the releasees.
3️⃣ TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES from any and all liability to property, or personal injury to, any third party, resulting from the use of the Special Facilities and its Surroundings.
4️⃣ That the Booking Guest verifies he/she are over the age of 18 and is responsible and will adhere to all the rules of the property and use instructions of the Special Facilities.

5️⃣ That the house rules / waiver release and Agreement is fully effective and shall be effective and binding upon the guest, the guest heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns, or anyone else authorized to act on your behalf or on behalf of the guest estate.
6️⃣ By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
