What a great property! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I was worried the pool was going to be bath water as our visit was in the middle of July, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was not. Refreshing and clean!! The lake was beautiful and quiet. I fished off the dock but caught nothing. Overall it was a great experience and we will most likely be back.
This was the perfect place for our little family to stay at the lake! The pool was great for when our kids were tired of riding on the boat or hanging out at the dock. Our stay was during 4th of July holiday and we were able to see plenty of fireworks from the pool. The private boat ramp worked for our 17 foot boat. Although it was a little tight, it was very convenient. The home was very cozy and had lots of board games and entertainment. We could not have been more pleased with our first, but definitely not last, stay at this lake!
Property was very nice. Pool was nice and clean and enjoyable as well as the hot tub. Was very pleased with the host and would be glad to stay at this property again in the future.
Place is just as described. We enjoyed the pool area daily. We fished from dock, enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub at night. All beds were comfy and kitchen was equipped with what we needed. Would recommend staying here.

The property was very tranquil! The pool was also clean. There were a few issues but the owner handled them
Stayed with friends for a golf trip/Masters day. Host answered all questions, and check-in was seamless. Beautiful property and very quiet and peaceful.
We stayed a week. The house accommodated our family of 3 adults and 3 teenagers very well. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Nice addition to have. We rented a pontoon from Sinclair marina for three days. The only issue and we managed was there was no lights on the dock and it was very dark at night. So no night fishing.
This property was just what some overworked healthcare workers needed to rejuvenate & reset. Every morning was spent on the patio overlooking the lake & every evening in the hot tub. Pure Relaxation at its Best!!!
Great place to stay, had everything we needed and then some. While we didn't end up using the pool, but we all enjoyed the corn hole boards, the kayaks and the hot tub. On a dead end road, so not much traffic.
We enjoyed our week stay at this house! It’s on a quiet cove with quick access to the lake! We were thankful to be able to cool off in the pool after being on the boat and fishing! We only left the house to make a trip to Walmart and out to eat once! We played corn hole, kayaked, and made s'mores in the fire pit! It was a relaxing week making memories with family!
We stayed here for a family vacation. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house was clean and the property, very well kept. The neighborhood is in a quiet cove. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus to the lake, along with corn hole boards and fire pit. We had plenty to keep everyone entertained. Communication with the manager was quick and they were very nice. Would definitely recommend for a family getaway and we will visit again.
Sinclair Lake House was exactly what our family was looking for. The host was very accommodating of my request for a later check out. The kids enjoyed the pool everyday. The deck box of pool noodles and balls were a plus. We enjoyed the kayaks that were available. The neighbor was very friendly. The only slight negative was emptying the dehumidifier constantly but it is Georgia.
The place was very clean. Close to the water. The pool was very nice and needed. The "lake" channel water isn't really aimed for swimming. It's more for boat access. You can fish from shore. Plenty of panfish and catfish. The neighborhood is really nice and secluded. It's a great place to unwind and forget the crazy world for a while. We would highly recommend this rental!!
We had a good time for the weekend. We really enjoyed the kayaks. The fishing could of been better but my grandson enjoyed himself. The house was nice and comfortable. The grill could use a update. Only downside was we weren't able to use the pool because the water level was low and water wasn't being circulated that caused algae to form in pool. Overall it was a relaxing weekend.

Glad you had a great stay. Appreciate the feedback on the grill we'll be looking to replace. Sorry to hear about the pool not being operational, we wish you would have reached out for us to remedy the situation. We have weekly pool service, if there was an issue he is quick to respond. The pool liner has been patched and the issue is now resolved.
So many ways to enjoy the water! Kayaking around Lake Sinclair, swimming in a private above-ground pool, soaking in a spacious hot tub, and enjoying lake views by the firepit or from the covered porch. This lake-front home had everything we wanted for a relaxing yet fun-filled vacation. The home was spacious and charming and the location was quiet and picturesque. The kitchen had everything we needed, there was plenty of room for our family to relax and watch TV together, and the beds were very comfortable. Located near historic Milledgeville, but we enjoyed the property so much that we only spent one day of our week-long stay touring the city. The owner was quick to respond to our questions and checked back with us to ensure all was well. We definitely hope to come back again. Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful time. Me, my husband, and our 2 boys stayed for 4 nights at this lake house get away in a quiet cove. The fishing was awesome. Everyone had a blast. The pool was clean and well stocked with toys for the kids (6 and 7). The hot tub felt great in the cool evenings. There's even an outdoor shower for rinsing off before you get in the pool or hot tub, which was great with little kids! It's really close to a marina/convenience store. The boat ramp on the property is kind of small (especially for our pontoon boat), so it was great to have a large boat ramp close by (within 5 minutes of the house by lake). I would highly recommend this getaway from reality. Oh, and all of the neighbors we met were super friendly. We felt welcome, for sure.

House on small canal
Hot tub and pool are an added bonus. Kitchen supplies could be attended to. Only 5 butter knives and 4 bowls. Bathroom upstairs has a shower that is only 5 feet tall. So, if taller than that, better to use bath downstairs.
Had a broken bed ( I am sure the owner just wasn't aware of it) but when we told him, he thought it OK to wait until he arrives next week to fix. Really did not want to sleep on sofa. Nor did I pay for a place that didn't have enough beds.
We happen to pick a time that had partying going on until 3 am 2 nights in a row. I guess they do not have a noise ordinance.
The place is clean.
