Kitchenette: Furnished with mini Fridge, Microwave, 2 burner hot plate, Toaster oven and a 2-seat dining table. Silverware and china with basic pan/pots.
Full Attached Bath Room with tub/shower.
Towels, Iron & Board and Linen are provided.

There is no washer/dryer, but a nice laundromat is about 4 miles down the road.
Free Parking for ONE car.

Community Tennis court, Basketball court, Sand volleyball courts, and a picnic area complete with BBQ grills under tree shades.
Pool may be closed if Covid rules mandate that.

Nice place for a good price.

The unit is small, but worked well for two of us. Clean and functional. Location is safe and convenient.

Fine for Short Term Stay!

Property as advertised except there is no indication for need of HOA fees or a background check. Only learned this by coming a few days before checking in January 1st (holiday). All worked out fine for us. The host was quick to respond to a few concerns/questions. The property manager was great to deal with as well. This was our very first VRBO stay. Must say we were concerned there were no reviews. Alas, all was fine!
