House Levendula has about. 50 m² new renovated apartment, with 2 rooms. 1 bedroom and 1 living room with kitchen (Senseo coffee machine, kettle, microwave). In the bedroom 1 double bed, in the living room (TV, 1 sofa bed). The bathroom with large shower. About 20 m² terrace with Moselle view. Incl. Sheets, towels, baby travel cot.
In the house there is a beauty salon (appointments after arrangement) .Parking possibility for free in front of the house. Pets Welcome !!!As you can see from the pictures, our house is located on a railway line. The trains (goods and passenger traffic) run every 24 hours. For this you have unrestricted a beautiful view of the Moselle from the terrace and living room. The bedroom is not on the train side.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful flat,everything you could wish for.Thomas and his family are so friendly and helpful,you couldn't meet nicer people.Great for rail connections or just a leisurely stroll to Cochem.Highly recommended!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Herbsturlaub an der Mosel. Die Wohnung hat alles was benötigt wird und die Bahngleise haben uns nicht gestört. Die Fenster haben die Zugelautstärke sehr gut gemindert. Von der FeWo kommt man super überall hin. Die Familie ist auch sehr freundlich und hat tolle Ausflugstipps.

Klotten ist eine Reise wert

Wunderschöner Urlaub. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll. Große Terrasse mit Blick auf die Mosel. Geräusche der Züge haben uns nicht gestört.Sehr nette Vermieter. Auch unser Hund hat sich wohlgefühlt. Das Dorf verfügt über sehr schöne Weinlokale. Drr Urlaub war sehr erholsam.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

En fantastisk lejlighed, med alt som der skal bruges. Man føler, at man kommer ind i et privat hjem, hvor værts parret lige har forladt lejligheden. Ligger med udsigt over Mosel og en dejlig lille by med med en bager, en lille hofladen og flere restauranter. Vi blev meget begejstret for den Italienske restaurant. Kommer meget gerne igen.

Eine Woche zu zweit mit Hund

Unser Aufenthalt ist sehr schön gewesen, die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit schönen Accessoires und großer Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf die Mosel. Der Zugverkehr hat uns in keiner Weise gestört. Beim schlafen bekommt man eh nichts davon mit, weil das Schlafzimmer auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung liegt. Sehr nette, sympathische Vermieter 😊.

Die geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Küche für eine Ferienwohnung top ausgestattet. Gewürze, Tee und Kaffee waren vorhanden. Wir schliefen sehr gut. Die Züge auf den nahen Bahngleisen haben wir kaum wahrgenommen.

Sehr Liebe Gastgeber

Sehr schön wir haben die Zeit genossen die Gastgeber waren sehr Lieb und zuvorkommend. Der Balkon war sehr groß wir hatten eine Super Aussicht auf die Mosel. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren mit unserem Hund da, auch toll für den Jungen Gassi Rundgänge waren Super schön.

Super appartement

Er was niks dat je kon bedenken dat niet aanwezig was. Supervriendelijke eigenaars. Je had onmiddellijk een thuisgevoel. Het enige minpuntje is nergens een parking, je auto kan wel voor het appartement staan. Wat de trein betreft deze was nauwelijks hoorbaar vermits je aan de achterzijde slaapt en er tussendeuren zijn voorzien. Een dikke 10 en vooral aanrader.

Familienurlaub

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung in einem schönen kleinen Ort an der Mosel. Die Gastgeber sind mega freundlich und entgegen kommend. Das einzige was fehl interpretiert wurde war der Takt in dem die Züge am Haus vorbeifahren, die fahren nämlich ca. alle 30 Minuten vorbei, wenn man wie wir, aber den ganzen unterwegs ist stört das nicht so doll wie man denkt. Eine klare Empfehlung
