Enjoy breathtaking lake views as soon as you walk in the door of this 7BR/3.5 bath LAKE FRONT home in Mooresville. Outdoor amenities include your own private beach, hot tub, and kayaks. We also have a dock for parking your boat (boat lift is unavailable), just put in at Stumpy Creek Boat Landing and cruise on over!

Relax on the back deck overlooking the water. Cookout on the gas grill or prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Roast marshmallows in the backyard firepit.

Enjoy peace of mind and security with an outdoor camera at the front door and dock, and rest easy knowing the inside remains your private sanctuary.

A great place to stay! There’s enough separate spaces for 8 people to have privacy and the public spaces are roomy and inviting for when the group wants to spend time together. The scenery is beautiful and the property has everything you could need or want for a fun time at the lake.

Amazing weekend!

Our family stayed here as "home base" for our daughter's welcome dinner and wedding in Mooresville/ Cleveland. The property and amenities were enjoyed by all - and just as advertised. The home was clean and nicely furnished. Beds were the most comfortable I've slept in outside of my own. We really enjoyed the fire pit, fishing and the kayaks! Paula was a responsive and gracious host. Highly recommend!

Always incredible.

I love this place. The perfect size for a great getaway. Not too big so it still maintains coziness but not to small so is doesn’t feel cramped. Everything you need from beautiful views, sandy beach, kayaks to beautiful interior with many comforts to make the stay a wonderful vacation from reality. And best part is the host are truly amazing!

We had a great week at the lake. The view was amazing (once the window condensation evaporates late morning). Kayaking and SUP were fun. The kids loved the floating mat. Hot tub was relaxing. Firepit with the wood made for a memorable evening making s'mores. The grill was perfect for French toast/pancakes in the morning and cookouts for dinner. One negative (which did not ruin our trip at all), is that the house probably could use a deep clean (an example: some light fixtures look as though they have never been dusted). Overall, the house was great! A thing to note is that 2 bedrooms downstairs do not have windows (one being a King room).

A wonderful property and extremely accomodating. Great location on a quiet part of the lake just off the main waters. The beach and onsite kayaks made the vacation so much better. We loved our stay and have already discussed a return trip. Definitely recommend.

Best on the Lake

We’ve been renting houses on Lake Norman for years. This property is hands down the best on the lake - location, dock access, beach front, well appointed kitchen, overall cleanliness - the list goes on. Do yourself a favor and rent this house for your next large family vacation.

Family Christmas to Remember

Beautiful home decorated wonderfully for Christmas. Room for everyone, activities for the young people.Huge downstairs gathering room. Kitchen equipped with every thing we needed Fantastic view of the lake. Firepit reasonably close to house. Plenty of parking. Extra fridge in garage.

Amazing Place for a Family Vacation

We absolutely loved being able to take a family vacation to the lake! Beautiful home right on the lake front with perfect views! Access to paddle boards & kayaks to enjoy the lake. Perfect place for sipping coffee, chatting, and enjoying the people around you! Communication with the hosts were quick when we had a few questions! [Major bonus for us: There were extra fridges in the garage for food, drinks, snacks, etc!]

Comfy Cold Weather Holiday

This vacation home was near perfect for our family holiday - in spite of the chilly weather that kept us far away from the lake. We were, however, very disappointed that we were unable to use the living room gas fireplace. The 30 degree weather would have been more easily conquered and much more enjoyable with a cheery fire. That said, this would be a most amazing summer rental with gorgeous views, several water craft, a great dock, and perfect little beach.

Awesome Vacation Home for Families!

We have been staying at this property every year since 2014. We love it! It is perfect for big families. Plenty of rooms (and bathrooms), great beach/swimming area and a wonderful deck to sit and watch the sunsets. Paula and Jeff are great people and always attentive to our needs and communicate flawlessly. We are heading back again next year! We love it and my kids have grown up just knowing it as “The Lake House”.

Perfect space for a multi generational group

Our multigenerational group really enjoyed our stay. There was the perfect amount of space that we could enjoy being together but also still find a quiet space if one was needed. I found the Kitchen well appointed. I did bring a few of my favorite Kitchen things along with me for this trip but, I could have managed without them. It was nice to see pretty much any cooking implement that could be needed, including a garlic press, in the kitchen. The pool table downstairs was a nice touch. We found the table downstairs great for assembling a puzzle. Like many other reviewers have said, it's a great space for the 'young' ones. In our case that's our 30 year olds and one six year old. I'm certain that we'll stay here again. It's a perfect distance for our family, coming from Ohio and Georgia, to meet with the North Carolina folks.
