Very private villa located just 4 miles from downtown La Fortuna, perfect for discovering the beautiful landscapes and attractions of the Arenal Volcano area. The property features 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, A/C in each bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, high‑speed WiFi (200 Mbps), Smart TVs, BBQ area, green spaces, gardens, and a private pool. This gated villa offers a peaceful, secure setting—far enough to relax, yet close to all major attractions in La Fortuna/Arenal.

The property is close to La Fortuna downtown, very private and quiet. Relax by the pool with a glass of wine or just a beer listening your favorite music, reading a book or just having a nice time with your love ones.

If you want to walk around just 15 minutes walk you will get to La Fortuna river where you can plan a picnic, swim in the river and even try some fishing, you will see plenty of fishes in the water.
