Master bedroom, master bath (heated floors, toilets, and towel bars) chef's kitchen, patio with fire and water feature overlooking Talbots Winery & The Pocket Restaurant, elevator, additional automated queen bed custom built into the living room cabinetry, fireplace, 1–65 inch, + 1–55 inch flat screen TVs, refrigerator, and wine refrigerator.

9 x 14 foot Golf Simulator/MovieTheater/Presentation Screen/TV (and the ultimate babysitter), 65 of the best golf courses preloaded into the simulator so you can play Pebble Beach, Spyglass, and Spanish Bay before you tee up for the real thing. This distinctive feature also includes, but is not limited to interactive soccer, baseball, bowling, and a number of shooting games (trap, skeet, wild boar, duck, aliens).
