Ready to get away from your everyday stress and have some relax time? Want to go somewhere for the weekend, but don't want to go to a big hotel with too many people? Come on over!
Enjoy the modern and cozy feel of this fully remodeled home. Leather furniture, new queen bed, covered back porch, and more await! Guests will love the use of a washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen. You are within walking distance to a grocery store and multiple restaurants, so you don't even have to leave town

This home is located in a rural farm town that has a very friendly atmosphere. Its convenient for those traveling to stop for the night as well as those visiting relatives in nearby towns such as Springfield, Cedarville, Columbus, London, Wright Patt AFB, and Beavercreek.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire property to include the big back yard, fire pit, and back porch with BBQ grill and rocking chairs.

This was the second time we stayed at this property - great space for a couple! Within walking distance to groceries and restaurants. South Charleston is such a beautiful little town!

Charming and cozy

My mom and I stayed while visiting family in town. We will stay again. It's quiet, charming, beautiful, cozy, close to town and was everything we needed. An air mattress is provided for the extra bed. Thank you for a great home to stay in.

Perfect couples getaway

This home was perfect for two! Cute town with a great pizza place and coffee shop to hang out. We came in to see the Clifton Mill Christmas Lights and it was conveniently located. Would definitely come back!

Perfect little cottage

Rachel's place was perfect for our stay for a horse show at the Champions Center. The place was immaculate! Bed was comfortable nad the furnishings homey. All the amenties you could want for cooking. We felt safe in the quaint little town of South Charleston and we were only 15 min drive to the fairgrounds.

All the Comforts of Home

There was everything we needed and then some. It was clean, quiet, and cozy. We chose this location to avoid the congestion in Yellow Springs during the street fair. We drove to Xenia and biked the trail (7 miles) up to Yellow Springs to enjoy the festivities.
