In the hyper centre of Megève, 5 minutes walk from the church square and the Chamois gondola, in a quiet street, this pretty apartment of 100 m2 with terrace and underground parking, will seduce you with its quiet location, its decoration and its top-of-the-range services.

The apartment has a large fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room with large flat screen TV (with chrome cast) and ethanol stove.

The kitchen is fully equipped: hob, hood, dishwasher, convection oven, microwave oven, wine cellar, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, juicer, toaster...

Appartement agreable, renovation de qualité Confortable, soleil appreciable le soir Quelques ameliorations possibles : pas de bains à remous tel que mis dans l'annonce, fuite sous l'evier de cuisine, rangements parfois difficiles à trouver
