Welcome to Hidden Villa!

With 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, this property is ideal for a quick getaway! Just a short stroll from St. Augustine Beach, Hidden Villa boasts a spacious fenced backyard perfect for your pet to roam. Relax under the pergola with a drink and good company. Conveniently located, you can easily explore everything St. Augustine has to offer, from Ponce de Leon’s Fountain of Youth and the beach to shopping, golfing, fishing, and landmarks like the World Golf Hall of Fame and St. Augustine’s Wild Refuge.

Nestled in a peaceful residential area, Hidden Villa provides off-street driveway parking. Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating a cozy and connected space. With hard surface floors, warm rugs, beachy décor, and soothing blue walls, the home feels welcoming. Comfortable furniture invites you to gather in the living room, whether to watch cable TV or browse local attractions with free Wi-Fi.
If bringing a pet, there will be a $200 non-refundable fee applied. We accept max. 2 dogs with weigh of 50lbs or less each.

(This is the downstairs mother-in-law suite offering COMPLETE PRIVACY—no garage or main home access, and NO SHARED SPACES. The entire property is yours to enjoy!)

The dining table is perfect for card games or meals, with plush chairs for lasting comfort. It’s conveniently close to the kitchen, making serving food a breeze. Alternatively, you can dine outdoors under the pergola, surrounded by nature, with a charcoal grill available for barbecues.

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

Easy Beach Access

Although it could have been cleaned more thoroughly and the stove didn't work right (we found out on Thanksgiving Day), they responded quickly to our messages and offered to take care of it right away.

Perfect beach getaway

Fantastic location, short walk to ocean beach, loved fenced in yards (front and back), daily walks in safe neighborhood with dogs and along beach, clean home stay, laundry on-site, super convenient check-in, enjoyed St Augustine history and peaceful stay away from congestion. Perfect for people with dogs

We wanted a simple place where we could enjoy the beach for a few day and wouldn’t have to worry about the dog. That’s just what we got. Fenced front and back yards, a dog-friendly beach, plenty of shopping and dining nearby. A very pleasant experience.

The bed linen,pillows, bedspreads and small rugs looks very old and it would be nice to update.The table lamp in the small room did not work.Also very strange was the request to take out the trash bins and put out and bed linen start laundry .The best part was location.One block to the beach and public parking in front of it.

Host message seems welcoming. Kitchen was equipped with necessities. Location is walking distance to Cresent beach was convenient, 25 minute drive to tourist spot in Downtown/ Colonial Quarter. We appreciate being able to bring our dog but the grass was concerning due to fire ant mounds all over the backyard. Infestation of ants by back door. Bathroom shower head was dirty with green gunk, toilet tissue holder was dusty. For a group of four there was only one very small bar soap available. Definitely have to bring your own. The pillows are stained when we removed all the pillow cases to start a wash before leaving. Not a pleasant sight to see. Ceiling fan was creaking.

Nice place

It served our needs perfectly. Pet friendly and private. Mattresses and pillows need upgrade. Very uncomfortable but we survived. There was an issue with ants which is normal for Florida but it was addressed immediately. We were very satisfied with the rental overall.

Sweet dog-friendly property

My husband and I stayed here while we were in process of moving from Orlando to Anastasia Island. The space was large enough for us and our adult son who was helping us move, as well as our dog. The home is well-equipped, and the backyard is securely fenced and a nice size for our dog. The screened gazebo in the backyard is a nice feature. The home is a big-enough rental and comfortable, with a good location..

Beach Access

Perfect for beach access, within a very short walking distance. Fully enclosed fence in front and back yards which was perfect for our two dogs. Had everything we needed! Comfortable and nicely decorated. Has water access outside to rinse off the sand and ocean water. Close to several restaurants, stores, and a very short drive to downtown St.Augustine. Quiet and peaceful. We had a wonderful time! Highly recommended!

Pleasant stay

Nice location. Was not happy that we had to buy toilet paper and paper towels. Floor was not clean at all. Hasn’t been mopped for quite some time. Left our feet very dirty.

Cute home!

What a cute home! Two queens, the rooms aren't big, but we weren't home too much. So it wasn't a big deal. One closet, has about 15 hangers but I travel with some so it worked out. 2nd room has a cabinet with drawers. Kitchen has everything and bathroom was good. Great stay. Definitely would book ahay if I came back to St. Augustine. Which is a great 15 minute drive north!

I had a great stay at this property! The place was spotlessly clean from top to bottom, which made settling in really easy. It’s a decent size, providing enough space to feel comfortable without being too large. The upgrades to the property were noticeable and added a nice modern touch.The only small issue was with the mattress covers/bed sheets – they could use a bit of attention, they were not changed from the previous stay as there were pet hair present on them. , . Aside from that, everything was great, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for a clean, well-maintained stay!

Great Stay

This house was perfect! The location was 1/4 mile walk to the public access to the beach. We easily walked our dogs and beach things across the street to the beach. A beach wagon was supplied. The house had a great space in the front and back for our dogs to run around, with a hose to rinse sand off. The house was great for our family of 4. We had our 2 adult sons so one stayed on the couch as opposed to sharing a queen with his brother. Laundry was great to have as well. The dining table was perfect for game nights. I’ve already recommended to my sister and we will be back!

Beach House

Easy check in. The floors were dirty upon arrival and we notified the owner. She told me she would let housekeeping know. We had issues with small ants the entire stay. Started in the kitchen and she brought us some no chemical spray. The spray helped but still dealt with ants throughout the house. The unit is small but big enough for two people. The best part was the ability to walk to the beach. We would stay again. Thanks!
