Important Notice:
As Grand Turk is a small and remote island with limited local resources, replacement items, utilities, and supplies are not readily available and often must be sourced from outside the island. To protect the property and ensure preparedness for incoming guests, the following replacement and service costs apply:

A $250 replacement fee per key will be charged for any lost studio key and $250 for any lost car key. Due to the island’s remote location, replacement keys must be sourced externally and are subject to export timelines, added shipping costs, and availability delays.

A $50 refueling fee will be charged if the car is not returned with the same level of fuel it was provided with. Fuel availability on the island can be limited, and vehicles must be returned ready for the next guest.

A $25 replacement fee will be charged for any bath or beach towel that is damaged, heavily stained, or missing. Replacement linens must be ordered off-island and require shipping and restocking time.

Electricity on a small remote island is significantly more limited and costly than in mainland locations. Guests are required to turn off the air conditioning and lights each time the studio is left unattended and upon checkout. If the air conditioning or lights remain running while the unit is unoccupied, an excess electricity usage fee of $20 per hour will be applied until the unit is turned off.
