You will 'Smile Away' all your everyday stress in this lovely seaside home. See our weekly rates!
Lots of attention to detail, the nice furnishings are
sure to delight your group. Enjoy a good book while sitting on the covered
deck, bask in the sun by the pool or go exploring on a leisurely bike ride.

Three of bedrooms have work place desks and monitors. We have high speed internet (500+Mbs and wireless LAN) and a network printer onsite
Great place to home office / telecommunte and be AT THE BEACH

Third Floor offers King master, greatroom, a fully stainless kitchen and powder room.

Mid-level has 4 bedrooms (1 is master King w/full bath) 2 full baths and
also has 1 with King and Trundle, 1 with 2 twins, and 1 with 4 Bunks.

Note that the 4 bunks are for children under 75 lbs each. These are not for teens or adults.

First Floor has a gameroom with pool table, wet bar w/full-size refrigerator,
2 Queen bedrooms (both with their own lockout full baths).

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Any smoking/vaping anywhere on the property will terminate your lease immediately. No refunds. No charging of any electric vehicles.
Your lease will be canceled with no refund if you are under 25 but pose as over 25 when booked or occupied. No refunds
Outdoor trash left by the guest will result in $500 fee Strict occupancy limit of 18 people, including babies. Number of guests will be verified.

Smileaway is located in the Whalehead subdivision of Corolla, NC. This means there are large, clean and uncrowded beaches. It's close to important shopping amenities like a grocery store, beach accessories and numerous restaurants. But its 20 miles from the crowded suburbia of Kitty Hawk or Nags Head.

Smileaway has excellent amenities, which can appeal to all age groups. We have games, out door activities, high-speed wireless internet and many beach related accessories like carts, chairs, boogie boards. Our location to the beach is ideal..not so far so it's any easy, short and safe walk..just 2 blocks. And you don't have to pay oceanfront prices.
