Spacious and well-equipped charming cottage, by the river with access to the natural rockpool and private swimming pool.
It has 3 bedrooms (including 2 parental suites with bath, shower, and separate WC), a living room, a large fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, two terraces (North and South) as well as a relaxation area around the swimming pool. .
Welcome to Domaine de la Tuilerie!

We welcome you in a bucolic setting, in the heart of the Corbières vineyards.
The property, located in the Val de Dagne, a valley of great beauty, surrounded by nature, and by the river, will bring you peacefulness and quietness.

Former stone tile factory, the cottage, restored with charm, keeping the original spirit, includes upstairs, 5 beds, 3 bedrooms, and on the ground floor, a large living room, a dining room, a large and well appointed kitchen opened onto the North terrace.
The comfortable garden furniture on the South terrace will welcome you for your relaxed and convivial moments.

You can lounge around the swimming pool of 10m x 5m or take advantage of the natural rockpool of the river for more “wild” swimming.

Serene and Picturesque Location.

We had an amazing holiday in Servies-en-Val. The house was beautiful and very well equipped. We enjoyed the local food and wine, splashed in the pool and the river and explored the surrounding area. Our hosts were amazing: very friendly and helpful.

A fabulous family holiday

We had a thoroughly relaxing 2 weeks in a wonderful, well equipped gite Every detail had been thought of. The swimming pool, river and Gus, the dog, made it a perfect break.

Beautiful property in a lovely area.

This property met all our needs and interests. Erick and Isabelle were perfect hosts both being friendly and helpful. The house was well equipped and practical and met all our domestic needs. We were able to visit many of our favourite places in the region from the house. We couldn't have asked for a better location.

Érick was very welcoming and the house has so many facets so you could move around to chase or avoid the sun. Ten minute walk to nearest village for bread and restaurant. The house was very clean and with lots of equipment. Wild swimming in the river raised it all another notch.

Delightful holiday accommodation

Erick and Isabelle's house was simply delightful. Spacious, comfortable, quiet, beautifully furnished and exceptionally well- equipped for our 2 week stay. They were lovely hosts, always happy to offer advice/recommendations on where to eat/visit. Welcome basket of delicious local produce was gratefully received too! Star of the show has to be Goose the dog who gleefully joined in the river swimming! Thoroghly enjoyed our stay!

Sunshine in autumn

We had a lovely, relaxing and comfortable 12 nights near Servies-en-Val. Erick & Isabel were most welcoming and very helpful. Great recommendations for the nearby Italian restaurant and the ice cream... delicious. The seafood by the sea was another great recommendation. A very enjoyable vacation. Thank you.

Corbieres Stop

We stayed 5 nights in this charming terraced cottage. House was spotless and well appointed. The location was slightly let down by immediate neighbours scruffy activities. Countryside spectacular with lots of lovely walking. Local village facilities slightly disappointing - unfortunately Baker on holiday when we were there. Amazing Italian restaurant 10 mins away.

Perfekt und aehr geschmackvoll ausgestattetes Haus in wunderschöner Landschaft

Das Haus ist von sämtlichen Küchenutensilien über weiche Handtücher und Bettwäsche bis zu den Bildern an den Wänden hochwertig und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie gaben uns tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen und exzellente lokale Produkte . Der Pool, zu dem man über eine kleine, kaum befahrene Straße gelangt, wurde nur von uns genutzt. Er ist größer als auf dem Foto erkennbar, mit bequemen Liegen. Wir haben neben Carcassone auch den wunderschönen kleinen Ort Lagrasse besucht (15 min entfernt). Dort kann man auch mit Blick auf die Stadtmauern im Fluss baden. Sehr schön war auch der Ausflug nach Gruissan Plage mit Besuch des Fischlokals combuse du saunier an den Salinen. Mit unserem Hund konnten wir direkt ab dem Haus auf kleinen Wegen durch die Felder mit wunderbaren Ausblicken laufen. Kleine Läden gibt es im Ort. Der nächste große Supermarkt ist ca 20 min entfernt. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche! Mille Merci!!! .

Un superbe séjour ❤️

Nous avons eu un séjour très agréable dans le gîte d'Érick et Isabelle. La propriété était d'une propreté sans reproches et très bien équipée. Nos hôtes ont été géniaux; plein de petites attentions et de bon conseil en ce qui a trait à découvrir la région et les produits locaux. Lors de nos journées de repos nous avons bien profité de la superbe piscine et des terrasses. Nos enfants ont adoré passer du temps avec les chats et l'adorable chien Gus. Petits conseils pour futurs visiteurs: une voiture est en must dans la région et informez-vous des horaires des différents magasins afin de prévoir vos repas et achats d'avance et éviter d'être pris au dépourvu. Il n'y a pas de climatisation alors pensez à ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit et le matin pour accumuler la fraîcheur, les murs de pierre feront le reste du travail :) Encore un grand merci à Érick et Isabelle!

Sommermärchen revisited

Es war ein Bißchen wie die WM 2006 - ein Paar zu Gast bei Freunden. Schon der Empfang war umwerfend, ein freundlicher Vermieter zeigt - mit erkennbarem Stolz - das Ferienhaus. Beim Haus sollte man sich bei jedem Punkt der Beschreibung das bestmögliche vorstellen und hat doch nicht das getroffen, was man vorfindet. Alles im Haus ist mit viel Liebe & Verstand ausgesucht. Die Vermieter sind absolut herzlich. Wer Bedenken hat, weil die Vermieter auf dem Grundstück zu haben, nicht immer angenehm ist, kann diese ruhig fallen lassen: man hört & sieht sie nicht und doch sind sie da, wenn man sie braucht. Unsere Hunde haben sich ebenso wohl gefühlt wie wir. Wir haben uns nur mit schwerem Herzen verabschiedet und sind uns sicher, dass wir Isabel & Erick wiedersehen.

Beautiful property

Einfach mal Entspannen.

Das Nebengebäude auf dem Grundstück des Vermieters war liebevoll eingerichtet, bot jede Menge Platz und alles Notwendige (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, ...) für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt. Der Pool und kleine versteckte Ecken laden zum Entspannen ein. Die Vermieter sind sehr tierlieb und haben ebenfalls Hunde und Katzen. Die Region ist abwechslungsreich mit vielen (nicht überlaufenen) Wanderrouten, kleinen Städten und lokalen Spezialitäten. Es bieten sich genügend Ausflugsziele mit Hund.

Très bon séjour dans une maison pleine de charme

La maison est belle et confortable. Les murs de pierre assurent la fraîcheur. Les deux terrasses sont très appréciables. L’espace autour de la piscine est super, nous avons notamment profité de la table de Ping Pong. Erick et sa femme sont très sympathiques, et pleins de charmantes attentions. l’accueil a été parfait en tout point. La région est superbe et Érick fut de bon conseil dans le choix des restaurants. Nous avons également apprécié la Brasserie à 4 temps à Carcassonne et les grands buffets à Narbonne. En résumé : ecellent séjour!

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé chez erick quelques jours très agréables. A notre arrivée nous avons été généreusement accueillis (plusieurs présents de produits locaux et fait maison très bons (confitures, vins, savons....)) dans une belle maison très bien entretenue et bien équipée et par des hôtes très chaleureux. Durant le séjour, les hôtes qui vivent à côté ont été attentifs à nos besoins. Le cadre est magnifique. L accès à la rivière est super, et même plus sympa que la piscine au final, avec ses plages de pierres plates et ses piscines naturelles. Pour un séjour dans un cadre reposant, ce logement est parfait.

Très bel endroit

Fantastisch verblijf !

Deze hele mooie vakantiewoning ligt superrustig gelegen. Slechts enkele huizen in de buurt, echt helemaal tussen de velden. De vakantiewoning zelf is supermooi ingericht en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De eigenaars zijn supervriendelijk, je kan hen alles vragen ! Ze hadden ook een lekker welkomspakket voorzien. Het zwembad is heel groot en netjes onderhouden. Onze hond en kinderen hebben zich ook heel goed geamuseerd in het riviertje meteen naast het huis.

Lovely house and pool in Servies en Val

We very much enjoyed our stay at the beautiful house! Érick and Isabelle gave us a very warm welcome and the house is lovely and very well equipped. Un petit lieu de bonheur

Vraiment un très bel endroit avec beaucoup de charme et de confort. Les lieux sont calmes, beaux et bien équipés. Les propriétaires sont charmants et accueillants. Il y a de nombreuses choses à faire dans la région et la piscine est la récompense après une journée parfois chaude dans cette région.

BRAVO

un gite très bien conçu,avec du charme, du cachet et fonctionnel. Rien ne manque, cuisine très bien équipée, salle de bain très jolie, propreté irréprochable et plein de petites attentions de la part d'Erick. un cadre magnifique, la piscine naturelle (rivière) et la piscine bluffant! bravo aux hôtes nous sommes ravis
