Magnificent new villa in a quiet residential area 20 minutes from the centre of Lausanne, 10 min. from Yverdon and 45 min. from Geneva. Between 30 min. and an hour from the largest ski resorts in the Swiss Alps. The village is located halfway between Lake Geneva and Lake Neuchâtel and their beautiful beaches and water activities.<br>The house, built in 2018, offers excellent quality services. A living space on the ground floor including a cloakroom, kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and a shower room. On the ground floor you will find 3 magnificent bedrooms with 3*, a double bed of 160*200 cm and a single bed on the mezzanine of one of the 3 bedrooms. A large bathroom completes this floor with double sinks, walk-in shower and a bathtub. On the second floor you will find the master bedroom with its separate toilet as well as the office with its sofa bed transformed into a double bed. The outside is equipped with two magnificent terraces, one of which is a "covered lounge" style and one with a large table to eat together with large parasols. The garden allows the children to run and play! Only a few metres from the house is a large playground and a football field. A unique place to spend a wonderful family holiday that can be enjoyed in both summer and winter with its proximity to everything!
