This house had everything we needed! We stayed for a bachelorette party. There were plenty of beds and games. We were glad that we didn’t have to bring pots and pans. The slide was by far the best part. We can’t wait to come back!

Nice getaway on the lake!

Beautiful lake front property! Our family had a great time and loved the house! We brought our boat and Had an amazing experience! Would stay here again.

Beautiful dock

The dock slide and platform were a great activity for our kids. We also loved being g able to use the boat dock during our stay.

Fun Family Weekend, Perfect Location

We truly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect as it is so close to the main Kingsland area by both car and boat. The slide and access to jump off the dock were perfect for the younger adults and 16-year-old. We all loved the openness of the living/kitchen area and the ping pong table, too!

Perfect get away

Lake LBJ Memories was the perfect property for our family get away! It had so many items that the adults and teenagers just loved, from the slide, to the jumping platform, kayaks and Lilly pad. Owners and property manager were all very accommodating and everything was as advertised. We hope to be back for more memory making

Amazing Home on the River

This home is amazing. We loved the location and everything they had available for us to use - ping pong table, firepit, slide, bbq grill, etc. We loved the open concept in the house and the bedrooms and bathrooms. You won't go wrong renting this home.

Spring Break 2023

This was a perfect house for 3 adults and 5 teens. The kids loved the water slide, jumping off the top deck and kayaking. The ping ping table was also a hit along with the spacious living room & kitchen.

Perfect spot on the lake/river

Our family loved the open space - living room, kitchen, dining room, game room area. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. We took advantage the outside patio which shaded by a beautiful oak tree. We will be back!!!

Easter Weekend

The house was well-equipped for our large group and we had all we needed to enjoy an amazing long weekend with family and friends. Neighborhood was quiet, neighbors were friendly and the lake with boat house were perfect! Will look for another chance to come back soon

Memories we won't soon forget...

We wanted sun, fun, comfort, convenience, relaxation, and adrenaline. We got it ALL and we have the memories and the photos to prove it!I could ramble on for hours about everything we did and saw, but the bottom-line is we are super happy with our choice, and we enjoyed the Kingsland, TX and surrounding communities.

Our second stay here

There were 14 of us with 5 grandkids. Everyone lives staying here. The kids and grandkids love the slide and jumping from the second level of the dock. At night, the boys fish off the dock. The house was very nice, slept everyone. We all want to come back next summer for a third time. You won't regret staying here.

Friends and Family at the Lake

This property was amazing for a long weekend stay for 2 families with children. There were lots of water amenities including kayaks and a lily pad. The water slide and jumping platforms were a blast for the kids! It was also very nice to have access to a boat slip for easy storage. The inside of the house had plenty of room to spread out as well as enjoy large group meals. We loved the property, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Wonderful Family Vacation

I was absolutely amazed with what the property managers were able to do to get this place ready for renters. With the major flooding and debris, we were worried that we wouldn’t be able to enjoy the lake. The property managers power washed the entire dock and deck area and the wonderful neighbors used their jet ski to clear out all of the debris so that my family and I were able to use the slide, boat dock, and lake access!
