This amazing condo features a King bed in the suite with a private balcony. It is modern and contemporary, accommodating up to four guests. Situated in Myrtle Beach within the Ocean One Resort, it is one of the newest buildings in the area, showcasing ultra-modern decor. The condo also includes a pullout couch for your entire family. The bathroom is equipped with a spa garden tub complete with jets. Enjoy heated pools, a private ocean balcony, a lazy river, and hot tubs!
Conveniently located just steps from the NEW Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and only one block from Family Kingdom Amusement Park and the 2nd Avenue Fishing Pier, this condo is also a short drive away from popular attractions like Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and the IMAX Theatre. Many of the area's popular restaurants, golf courses, and shopping venues are easily accessible as well.
The beachfront resort offers an abundance of amenities, including indoor pools, a lazy river ride, a spacious pool deck, and social areas. Growing up in rural North Carolina, my family would visit Myrtle Beach for our vacations, and I cherished every moment of it. Currently, my husband and I own a high-rise condo in Raleigh, NC. When we began looking for investment properties, we considered Myrtle Beach and discovered affordable oceanfront options that come with fun amenities like pools, hot tubs, and stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean.
We love Myrtle Beach for its tropical feel, complete with palm trees by the pool, all while being close to home. We have one little girl, and our condo is another source of pride for us.
