Villa "La Pomme de Pin" that can accommodate 6 people with all its rooms facing the sea, bright, it is ideal for spending a family holiday and without taking your car
All the rooms are in a row, you go into one room to enter another
Ideal for 2 adults and 4 children or 4 adults and 2 children:
Duvets, pillows, sheets and towels provided
- 1 bedroom equipped with a bunk bed with 2 beds in 90 cm with bathroom and adjoining toilet.
2 double bedrooms in a row:
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160 cm and 1 bathroom with shower and adjoining toilet
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140 cm
- 1 living room with sofa, 2 armchairs, 1 coffee table and TV, board games
- 1 equipped kitchen: mini oven, microwave, fridge with freezer part, ceramic hob, extractor, dishwasher
- 1 terrace with table, chairs, electric blind, gas plancha
- an area with a round table, chairs and parasol
- 1 small garden with 2 deckchairs

The Ocean on the 1st line, one of the few rentals to have this location. Villa on the Nauzan promenade, a fine sandy beach and supervised all summer, this beach is half in St Palais sur mer and the other half in Vaux sur mer.
Ideal location for this atypical house, each room has its opening onto the terrace and the ocean. Electric awning, plancha, everything to spend a pleasant holiday! sunbathing in the garden and beach at the foot of the house, restaurants/bars (La Nauzanne, L' Arrosoir, then the inevitable Maison Blanche), snacks, water activities, beach club and sailing club for children and teenagers.
A night market per week, entertainment throughout the season, market every day in the centre of Saint Palais sur Mer and Vaux sur Mer, shops nearby. Cycle paths at the foot of the villa. Bus stop near the villa which serves on one side Vaux, Royan, St Georges de Didonne, Meschers and on the other La Palmyre, La côte sauvage and Ronce les bains.
Parking spaces behind the villa and not chargeable.

Perfect summer vacation

we spent a wonderful time in the villa la pomme de pin. the villa ist perfect equiped and the location could not be better. right on the beach, very nice restaurants stores and hikin trails within walking distance. we could take our dog along, which was perfect. we will return for sure.

Fabulous beach location in well-equipped appartment

The property is practically on the large sandy beach. The beach is supervised, and the shallow water and gently lapping tide make it ideal for swimming and for children. The appartment itself is comfortable and very well equipped (though you have to go through the main bedroom to reach the second double bedroom). There is also a private garden which is fully enclosed and secure.There are several good restaurants and snack bars along the beach, but despite their proximity, we did not find the appartment noisy. The only possible issue might be parking. There are a couple of spaces on the road outside the property and a large free car park about 5 minutes walk away. We stayed in June and had no problem parking, but perhaps it might be difficult in high season!We were welcomed by the friendly property manager.Overall, our family can fully recommend this property!

Maison très bien située. La plage au pied de la location. Idéal pour un séjour avec des enfants. Pas besoin de la voiture pour aller au centre ville où se situe le marché quotidien. Idéal pour les balades en vélo. Nous avons passé deux semaines de vacances en famille avec deux enfants dans un endroit reposant et une belle région. Les locaux sont particulièrement accueillants. Nous reviendrons.

Belles plages, restaurants à proximité. Bien sûr visite du zoo de la Palmyre qui est toujours aussi attrayant 😉

très bien situé plage en face de la maison. accueil parfait. le restaurant qui est juste à coté excellent. Malgré un super séjour, reste quelques travaux de rénovation pour une des salle de bain.

Un bon séjour en famille

Emplacement idéal de la maison. Bruit des vagues très agréable la nuit mais les fêtards peuvent gâcher la tranquillité. Quelques bémols également pour les invasions de fourmis et les odeurs de canalisations nous ayant empêché d’utiliser 1 chambre pendant 2 nuits. Un petit rafraîchissement serait utile également. Propriétaire très sympathique et très bon restaurant à côté de la maison(qui n’apporte aucune nuisance sonore)

Villa sur la plage de Nauzan

Maison chaleureuse très bien placée sur une plage animée (marché nocturne, tounois de beach volley, restaurants...). Parfait pour les enfants. Il y a effectivement du bruit lié à la promenade ou au restaurant à côté mais rien de très gênant. Parking gratuit à 2 minutes. madramatique

La mer même l’hiver c’est toujours magique. Gestion de la loc au top. Petit bémol : vétusté sur certains points (mais toujours gérée au pied levé par l’hôte / son gestionnaire).

Une très jolie maison très bien située

Une super maison, très fonctionnelle avec une conciergerie aux petits soins. La propriétaire est très sympa et le souci du bien être de ses locataires. Nous reviendrons c’est certain 🙏

Merveilleux emplacement

Maison idéalement située face à la plage. La voiture est restée au parking, tout peut se faire à pied. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Alexa et la propriétaire est venue nous saluer. La maison mériterait un peu de rafraichissement notamment dans une des salles d'eau mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un agréable séjour reposant.
